Nice people and equipment

Very expensive to rent air conditioner. Service wasn't very cordial either. At least I didn't get the feeling they really appreciated my call. They did refer me to a their customer service representative, but I felt like that person wasn't taking my need too serious. I think they wanted a bigger client or bigger money.

Mandy who answers the phones was sweet and understanding when I called with a furnace problem. Ian the service tech was awesome!! He was punctual and explained everything thing he was doing. Along with answering questions we had and gave us a variety of options to choose from regarding our furnace. I highly recommend this company and we will continue to use them in the future!!

Arch Air Services provides exceptional service. They get right to it and make sure that the customer has been taken care of. They go above and beyond to make sure all parties involved are happy and that the issue has been resolved.
I would recommend this company to friends family and other businesses.

I had a great experience with Arch Air Service. I had called a different company because our air conditioner stopped working, but I never heard back. So I called Arch Air at 3:00 pm and they were able to get someone out that same day! He was able to fix the problem that same afternoon. Then we had an additional issue and the same repairman came out the next day again. Eric was very helpful and professional. He fixed our issue and looked into other issues that we were having and gave great recommendations. I would 100% recommend.

Eric from Arch Air was fabulous. He repaired ductwork, maintained and cleaned our air conditioner and explained our humidifier to us. We have never had one so he was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable and very quick to accomplish the tasks. We will use him again. He is the best HVAC person we have ever had.

I purchased a heating/cooling unit shortly after moving in to my “new” 118-year old home. Arch Air was efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. 9 months later, I had questions about changing the filter. They sent a guy named Andy who was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He allowed me to video him changing the filter so I can review how it is done if I forget again . I asked him a lot of questions and he patiently gave me all the information I had forgotten from the installation. I love this company!

We had a 28 year old central air system that was the original equipment to our home. While our system still works, we knew our luck was due to expire on it soon so we got a couple of bids.
Ian came out, saw what we had and put a few great proposals together. We picked the system we were comfortable with and Arch Air had it professionally installed within a days of accepting their proposal.
The installation crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
I highly recommend Arch Air. The service and price exceeded our expectations.

Eric was extremely helpful with my furnace. I had called to see if there was something that needed to be done due to some condensation on my exhaust. He fully explained the issue and there was no upselling of my issue, he was very forward with all my options I had that I could take. Not one time did if feel any pressure to move forward at that exact moment. Highly recommend using Arch Air!

I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Bryant. He was very professional & friendly. He diagnosed the problem right away & explained everything that needed to be done. He also talked to my son on the phone letting him know what needed to be done. Even though I was his last customer he didn’t rush, I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with Arch Air Svc~they got a customer for life. I needed a new AC and went through the rigmarole of getting 4 quotes. Arch had the best price by far and they were very responsive to my follow up questions and were prompt in getting scheduled and installed. I would highly recommend!

12/11/25 Update: Bryan came by. He has serviced my units, more than once. I just love him! Even more, when I get great news that my older furnace is still functioning well! Also wanted to add that I think Mandy is great!

Eric was both friendly and professional. I have a maintenance plan, so I know that issues will be discovered before it will become a major issue. This is a great company and I would definitely recommend Arch Air Services.

I have used Arch Air Services multiple times. For my AC, heater and water heater. They are professional, they are quick to fit you into their schedule for repair. I never had a problem with the work they’ve done.

I called Arch Air to diagnose and repair my old system. Bryan diagnosed the problem quickly and worked with me to find the part. Finding parts for a 30+ year old system apparently isn't so easy. Bryan explained my options and helped me make the best decision. Bryan's customer service was amazing! And he's so knowledgeable! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Everyone we worked with at Arch Air was wonderful! Eric, Brian and Ian did our installation and they were some of the friendliest, hardest working, and most knowledgeable people that we’ve ever had do work at our home. It was a tough job and they never gave up or complained, but kept going until it was right. On top of that, their quote was extremely reasonable and we got a great system- high quality and efficient. I highly recommend working with them!

Arch Air removed and replaced the entire HVAC system. This large project was handled professionally from the quote to the completion of the installation.

I highly recommend Arch Air Service. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night during a heat wave, and they had Eric, our technician, out within a couple of hours. He did an excellent job identifying the problem, fixing it, and explaining what had happened. The cost was much less than I expected. I couldn't be happier with my experience

I understood what needed to be done and he went above and beyond. Mandy in the office is great as well! I did not get to meet Ian but only heard great things. I was looking for a new HVAC company for our maintenance. My neighbor recommended Arch Air Services. The technician was great and explained a few things to me about what he had to do. I appreciated that. He was very professional. I highly recommend this company.
