Very professional and prompt. I was so happy to finally be able to get this tree cut down. It was super big dead and, caused so much damage. The crew got the tree down and cleaned up in a matter of a few hours. B&B got the job and I was beyond satisfied.

If you are a person of color, do not use these people. They will try to cheat you and then say it is your fault. These people are untrustworthy and a rip off.... You think that they're going to hold up there end of the bargain because they send a representative out that you speak to face to face, and you clearly state what you want. That is not what they do. They agreed to things in person, and they put something else in writing. Because you had an agreement with an actual person, you think that that information is going to be relayed, and it is not. I signed a contract based on the reviews they had. I thought that they would be ethical and follow through with what I was requesting. They did not. Had a hug Sweet Gum tree and several bushes removed.. I had trouble with Frank... on the day of the removal, they came at 8 but I was told 12 or later on that day. Frank told me that all debris would be removed and I would keep the major pieces of wood from the tree. They wanted to leave all of the debris and do no clean up. It caused a mess with me and the office staff. We got it straightened out... then I wanted them to cut the wood into small firewood pieces.... again. FRANK! He said they could do it. come to find out, they do not chop wood into that small of pieces. They wanted to charge me 375 for it. I would have paid it, but it was not what was agreed to. I spoke to the owner and he also tried to bully me and assassinate my character as though I don't pay what I owe. I will never work with this company again and I will not refer them to anyone either. This is not what I agreed to. I asked for firewood sized pieces that would fit into my fire pit. I was told the pieces would be 12 - 14 inches. So no... I'm not paying for what I did not get. And... You only had less than half the wood to cut due to my friend was able to handle the smaller pieces. Even after that, because I agreed, I was willing to pay 375 for less work for them. But even the work that was left was not completed as agreed. You better be glad I was willing to pay anything. The reason you compromised is because I sent you the pictures and you know that the work that I was told would be done was not done. You know you're wrong. If you weren't wrong, I was more than happy to go to court. So because you mentioned it, I posted pictures below. When you look at those pieces of wood, it is clear that they were cut up huge intentionally. The owner thought that he was going to force me to pay 375$ for less than a partial job.

Extremely professional and courteous. They responded to all my questions and concerns. Took down both trees without any issues. And cleaned up perfectly. Will be calling again if I need any other tree work done.

I was very satisfied with the work and price of B & B Tree Service. I hired them to remove a large hard maple from the front yard. They came out when expected, quoted me a competitive price, and were very professional and informative throughout. Will recommend and hire again.

We had terrific service for tree removal of a large oak tree. B&B responded quickly and completely from t om the estimate through complete removal, stump grinding, and clean up of our yard and surrounding street. The team was efficient, always courteous, and completely professional. They took great care to leave nearby dogwood trees undamaged, even untouched. I highly recommend them.

Great job from the start, quote was the best I received from 3 different companies. We had over a dozen mature oak trees that were close to the house, they have all the equipment to do every size job. Communication back and forth was perfect. The team was on time, respectful and did an excellent job!

They fit me in their schedule asap to remove remaining very large logs from a tree that I had cut down. Service was very quick and professional.

B&b tree and landscapes did some tree work for us as well as a large brick paver sidewalk. Communication with b&b was great. Brett was great to work with as we talked through the specifics and he kept us posted on the progress/timeline. All the workers were polite, respectful and went above and beyond to ensure they left our yard neat and tidy every day. We never found any trash or bottles left behind. One of the guys even brought our trash cans up for us on trash day. Most of all, the final project is stunning. We love the new sidewalk and are happy we chose b&b!

This is my second time using B&B for tree removal. Yet again they were THE BEST. They worked with me on scheduling, prioritized my appointment, and handled everything with skill and care. They’re friendly, communicative, and efficient. Left my property looking better than they found it too. I can’t recommend them enough.

He completely renovated and upgraded our back and front yards at a wonderful price.

Have used them last summer and twice this time around. Last year, they were supposed to cut my grass consistently and I was on a plan. Some days they’d show. Some days they wouldn’t. Not acceptable.
Now the first time they came this year, they mowed and didn’t even completely finish cutting the grass. I complained and they came back and did the job correctly. The second time they came, they left my gate open when they left. My dog got out bc of their irresponsible actions! CLOSE GATES WHEN YOURE FINISHED!! DUH! So when I called to complain, they told me my gate was messed up. Umm no you’re not going to turn this on me. Narcissistic! Didn’t even apologize for my dog getting out. Wow! Usually I leave great reviews but wow terrible customer service to not even apologize!
