Great experience! I appreciate that they sent a reminder text the day before & a text when they were on their way. There was an area in my office that my cats had chosen to replace their litter box on occasion so they used a special enzyme to get rid of the smell! Bret and Josh are super nice guys and did a great job. I am a realtor and have added them to my vendor list as a referral for all of my clients, friends and family!

Great people, super accommodating, excellent attention to detail, and just an overall positive experience. In my case, I dropped off an 8 x 10 rug that had been well abused by a puppy :-). They did their magical deep clean on it and it looks and smells absolutely amazing!

We moved into our condo about 2 years ago. Ever since I’ve struggled to keep the dust off the furniture and the floor. I finally convinced my husband that we should try duct cleaning after multiple changes of the HVAC filter etc. I got 3 quotes and had lengthy conversations with each company about the technology they used to clean ducts. I chose Precise because they have the best technology available but also the best price! And WOW! Has it made a difference. Brett has been working at Precise for 25 years and is excellent at his job. His before and after pictures of our ducts told the whole story. They looked brand new when he and Josh were done. We couldn’t be happier. AND my furniture and floors look clean days after cleaning. I am just thrilled.

Precise was able to get our cleaning needs in on short notice. In a time frame of 2 hours, they were efficient and didn’t miss anything.
