Precise Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job once again. They cleaned some area rugs 5 years ago and did such a good job I looked up to see who we used so that I could have a great experience again. Rich was very professional as we booked my appointment. I loved that he had all my information from the last time and it save me from having to tell him everything again. I got an email and text confirmation of my appointment. I also got an email reminder of my appointment and a text when the technician was on his way with his photo. I love all that communication. The pricing was clearly communicated and fair. The results were spectacular. The items that had regular use look amazing and those that were very, very dirty look so much better. I will definitely use them again.

They are so easy to work with especially as we were closing on a house and wanted this to be the first thing done after we got the keys. Our closing kept getting delayed that day and then took longer than we thought. Precise was flexible and worked around us.
