These guys are terrible. One of the most disorganized, un-professional companies that I have ran into. I scheduled 2 appointments with them and they could not honor a single one. No phone call, no heads up that they weren't coming, just completely ignored the job all together. When I call to get ahold of them, no answer, no voicemail..

Missed a confirmation call and after calling within the scheduled appointment time frame they said they would not be coming. A simple Google search shows their business as based out of apartments and not actual businesses. However, they are much cheaper than the reputable companies in St. Louis but keep in mind you get what you pay for.

I was renting a house for the week while on a business trip. I spilled a huge container of Chinese food on the carpet. I thought I was going to lose my deposit on the rental. I called Jason and he was able to come out and clean the carpets. I was impressed with his knowledge and he was able to get the stain out. If I lived in the area I would use him at my home. I called Show Me Carpet Cleaning on Saturday hoping they could make it out to our facility for some last minute spot cleaning before a big event. I left a message and Jason returned my call within 10 minutes he asked me a few questions and told me he would check his availability on Monday. He called back after about 30 minutes and said he was full Monday but could make it out Sunday despite it being Mothers Day. Jason did an excellent job and I wish there were more entrepreneurs that shared his same work ethic. Thanks Again!

Jason showed up perfectly on time for our scheduled appointment to remove an unfortunate and quite unpleasant mess. He was able to rid our white carpet of the stains and odors very quickly, and was cordial, courteous, and extremely professional!

Jason and team were professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts. They provide before and after photos to show how effective the treatment is. They also tested and treated for mold growth! I guess our A/C has not been keeping up with the hot and humid summers. Highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to have cleaner air in their home!
