Greg's appliances is a great locally owned business. When going into the store I'm waited on promptly with no hesitations. I feel very welcomed when entering the store. The customer service is excellent, and they do there best to accommodate your budget on finding nice appliances for your home. I will forever be a customer to this business and highly recommend other customers.!

Customer service was great. I'd reccomend Greg's to others. Matt was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Hometown store operated with value and integrity.

Not sure if I've ever made a major appliance purchase with such ease and convenience for scheduling installation. It would have been much better had there been more communication about the actual installation.

After I called them the morning of delivery, I was told delivery/install would be sometime during the day and I'd be called. Like a "cable guy" would.

There was no call. But, the team did show mid-afternoon. The team was professional, courteous, and ready to begin what I consider a difficult effort.

There were two hiccups:

1) This is a petty observation and I only point it out the install teams professionalism. With the actual install (moving the fridge inside and leaving) there was some lightly scraped paint (the team lead pointed this out, and to be honest, I probably wouldn't have noticed the damage). I consider this the price to pay for purchasing a 2024 appliance and expecting it to fit readily into a 1935-built home.

2) While moving this beast in, the water line (ice maker) was damaged while bringing it in through the aforementioned 1935-built house with narrow door frames and tight spaces to navigate the beast. On this, the team promised a call the next day to arrange to fix the water and ice maker line, which simply did not occur. Since the ice maker/water filter is the secondary purpose to the fridge's real purpose in life, and being tired of waiting for a call that hadn't come, I fixed it myself by purchasing the 8 buck part at Ace just to call the install complete.

Bottom line: product is excellent, sale was excellent, installation was 4-star (if categories were divided). Overall rating would be 4.5 star and would be 5 if I'd recieved one single call after the sale, before delivery, or about installation fix actions that were promised but not addressed.

However, I will be back again when it's time to buy, so I guess that's the real bottom line.

I care for an elderly family member as well as a high needs child. My kiddo has needed a higher level of care recently and my aunt's washer was needing repaired. The staff at Greg's was SUPER helpful! They showed up when they said they would, had great availability, and got her washer back running quickly. Thank you!

Im not one to usually write reviews but this time I felt like I needed to! By far one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing something new for my home. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out with a smile on my face. I felt appreciated as a military veteran and had all of my appliance needs met before leaving. Great experience with the owner and very respectable staff. 5/5 stars recommend.

I have went back to Matt not once, not twice but 3 times! Each time I had issues with a appliance Matt saved me!

First it was our dryer... it was done... dead. We bought a new used one and he guaranteed it. It was great .

We did have to have service on it few days later he had someone out after the huge snow storm they came out replaced a fuse or something simple ... and it was fine ;) no issues since!

Month later my washer goes out entirely....-.- he of course had stock thankfully and I bought one same day had it home and working! I didn't spend anymore then 300$ for everything from Matt Greg.

Some these reviews are complete BS and definitely not true. Matt does try to TROUBLE SHOOT over the phone to avoid charging a 75$ fee and parts cost to come out right away. Such a terrible person to try save people money huh?

Thank you so much Matt and Titus! They fixed my washer quickly in very tight, confined space. They explained the problem and within no time I had working washing machine. I highly recommend them. They are also very affordable and give you a quote up front. Thank you again guys!

I stopped in after a ton of people tagged them in my FB post looking for a washer. So helpful and price was in my range! Nice and clean appliances with a warranty! Will definitely be back to by all my appliances here!

I found a great deal on a washer and dryer set, the set was delivered within a fast time for a very great price. I thought something was wrong with the dryer initially and Matt came by to look at it. He was very nice and patient ; and found nothing wrong. It was very nice of him to look at the dryer on a busy day and find no problems free of charge. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a reliable appliances for good prices!

10/10 recommend Greg’s appliance- Matt came out fixed my washer and was friendly and efficient. Explained in detail what the problem was, and they have the cheapest service call price in town.

Had Gregg's come out yesterday to fix a broken fan in my fridge, the lady who came out was very nice, and was super fast and super smart!

Did a wonderful job fixing my washer and dryer. This was probably at least 5 years ago, my neighbor suggested him. He was polite and respectful. He fixed my washer AND dryer. I don't quite remember what I was charged, but it wasn't very much for what he had to do. As a single Mom, I was so thankful. Thankful he was a Christian, also. I dont have them but they are still working today.

Did a fantastic job on my dishwasher. Katie deserves all the credit. She not only found the problem but fixed it in record time. Greg is a good guy too. There cell numbers are not local but sometimes you just have to answer the phone and find out who's on the other end. Only being in MO for 1.5 yrs I have found that with local businesses sometimes don't have local numbers. Thanks for fixing my dishwasher.
