I called to have my washer looked at, they were very fast to make a home visit and diagnose the issue! Matt explained everything to us and got us the best price for our replacement parts. The part was installed quickly and everything was running perfect! Months later had a concern about something else on the washer and called them again and was helped again to sort out a simple problem! They are great and go above and beyond to make sure everything works and is done quickly and correctly! 10/10 recommend!

I got a 3 diff we rant appliances from them and they all work great just like new for a great affordable price! We did have some issues the delivery guy dropped my dryer unloading it from the truck but their repair worker Kati worked past 5 (after store hours) and got her running new again. Top notch above and beyond!!!! I highly recommend gregs appliances it's a must go and check out for great deals place.

Greg was not only courteous enough to give us a call before arriving and giving us a fairly accurate estimated time of arrival, but he explained what he believed the issue with our freezer to be. In times past in other places I have lived, most maintenance engineers don't usually bother with such things. Especially if my husband wasn't around. Greg explained things to both of us.

He was also kind enough to encourage us to call him directly if we had any questions or concerns. I'd recommend him without hesitation! Very personable, respectful, professional and courteous.

Matt saved the day! We were told a service technician from GE wouldn't be out for 14 days. Then they may not have the part. Matt had the part and came out the same day. Thank you Matt and Greg's Appliances!

Great service went beyond to help remove old washer and dryer and install new ones

Really hate giving bad reviews... had a 12-2 window for a repair tech to come out. Rearranged my day, rescheduled 2 meetings, left early to be available.... 3pm rolled around so I called and they told me the tech got hung up in Stewartsville but they were coming back to the shop now and then would head my way. Didnt go to the gym, had to find someone to run a child somewhere, 5pm rolled around and no one showed up. Called the main number and they were closed. I did however, learn a lot about my dryer last night because I pulled it apart and found the heating element was bad. Ordered a replacement online for 20 bucks. Maybe just a bad day on this one and some honest missed communication... but will probably not try Gregs again. I know I have several friends who have good experiences and I think they are a good local business... just had a bad experience on my end which cost me some serious catch up and rearranging this week at work. They did call about 1pm the next day and apologize when they realized they did not come out at all.

We have used Josh for both our washer and dryer repair !! He was very reasonable regarding price and was very good at communicating when he would be there ! If you are in need of appliance repair, I highly recommend Josh !!

Bought a dryer Saturday once we got it home it didnt work. They were already closed. Tried calling but no voicemail. Called monday wanting our money back and to return it. They said they dont take returns. Only can fix it. Scheduled for today between 1 and 3. They never showed up. We called and they said they close in an hour so it wont be today. Dont buy from here.
Company came out to see it and said its the motor. Switched it out for a different maytag dryer same price. This one is working.

Our dryer died! I saw nothing but a cloudy vision of trips to the laundry mat and wet clothes hanging around everywhere through out the house. Then we contacted Greg's Appliances and they came and fixed my dryer and now our future is bright again!
Seriously, we were able to get an appointment for a repair person to come in an acceptable time frame (within 48 hours of the death of our dryer) and they had a cancellation and were able to come early. He came, had the part we needed with him and had our dryer repaired and running in short order.
It may have taken him less time to fix the dryer than it did for me to right the review.
In closing, CALL GREG'S APPLIANCES!!! They're the best!

My washer decided to act up. I called Greg's Appliance and got a repair man out within a few days. He showed up before time and went to work. Had it fixed within a hour with a little help. Great Service man. Thank you so much for doing a great job.

Mike and Kate came out and worked around my schedule. They called ahead of time and took their time looking at my stove to try and find a way to repair the circuit board which would be the least expensive. They were very honest about it being a refurbished board as the part is no longer made. They said they could do that, no problem if that’s what we wish or we might want to think about investing in a new stove. Due to their guidance and the time they took with us we made the best decision for our family. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We will definitely be using their services in the future

I requested a repair on a 2 1/2 year old Maytag washer at the end of October. The repair person came out and determined the problem was the motherboard. So I was charged for the motherboard $270 plus the $95 to look at the washer. I now have $365 in the washer. After two more trips to attempt to fix the washer, I was told they could not fix my washer. I was not offered any money back, but they offered a 4 to 5 year old washer they had in stock. I was okay with that until I was told that I would have to pay for delivery and haul away of my washer. I told them to keep the used washer. By the way if anyone needs a new motherboard, I will sell it cheap.
