Pleasant experience! We just had our HOA clubhouse parking lot repaved. STL Paving was one of the final bidders we almost didn’t contact but were glad we did! Their price was not the lowest, but they brought more to the table. Josh was very knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive throughout the process. He asked about the details and offered advice where we didn’t know to request it. Our job also required close coordination with tree removal services, and at one point we stumbled into some surprises with the pool plumbing. Josh and his team didn’t miss a beat. They worked right through it with us. Even at the end of the season, with weather delays, we had no trouble reaching Josh to coordinate schedule, and the final outcome looks beautiful! Sam and his crew did an excellent job for my company Netrality! I wish I could have gotten a better picture! The parking lot was a mess and now it looks so smooth and clean! The weather kept pushing our date off but we are so glad we finally got to have them out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stl Paving recently did the streets in our subdivision in Overland. Our HOA paid round about $100,000 to have this work done. The streets look great, don't get me wrong. What really made me mad was to come home to find one of my front flowerbeds ripped apart and stones thrown up into the bed itself. When our neighborhood trustee asked about it on the punch walk he was told there was no resolution they would offer. This was custom hardscape done on a slope and it should be repaired by the people who broke it.

Edit: it was great to talk to Jeff. He sent a crew out and got it fixed within less than a week. Bravo for his excellent customer service. Moved from two stars to four.

He was very personable and kind and responded QUICKLY whether it was through a phone call or email. On the day of service, I pulled up to my office, and I was like wowwww. They had a whole crew out there and was done in no time.......Superb Service at it's finest!!!!!

We had a contract in place for home remodel and the above listed contractor was paid almost in full and has never finished my home, never brought paid materials, painted wrong color multiple times, etc. This contractor has refused to come back in almost a month with numerous excuses, she also did not pay her employees! She said she would refund money and collect her tools but that has yet to happen, she has left us with a huge unnecessary mess and has no problem with us reporting her business to the BBB .. I am in the works with that as well filing a claim! Horrible company here!

I like that she has female and male crews that do amazing and professional workman/workwomanship. I had a deck replaced and 2 bedrooms painted. Everyone was professional and courteous of my home and kept things tidy during their work hours. Started a few days before the job was supposed to start and ended a few days before the contract was to be finished. I will call for any home improvements I need. Thanks Jen and crew!!!!

Jenny and her wonderful crew did such a wonderful job on my tree service after the tornado in St. Louis, they are all very hard working, great communication and just absolutely took such a burden and weight off me by doing all that hard work after the devastating damage.
