I had an awesome experience with Claro. Dave handled everything from start to finish and he and his team were just great to work with. They showed up on time, got right to it and wrapped things up faster than i expected - without cutting corners. The work was really solid and you can tell they actually care about doing things the right way. What really stuck with me was how honest Dave was throughout the whole process. It never felt salesy, just straightforward and genuine. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone dealing with mold issues

I was looking online for a mold remediation company and I founded Claro. It must have been a lucky day for me. I called and talked directly to David who is always one phone away. Claro came a few days later and fogged my home. Several hours later the air quality was so much better and the mildew smell completely gone. Way to go Claro!

I can’t say enough good things about Claro! The team is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me understand everything. They managed to come out the SAME day I called, completed air testing on the spot, and I had official independent lab results back within just a few days. Their customer service is unreal… you actually get to talk to the GM every time, not an admin or call center. In a world where great service is rare, these guys are a solid 10/10. Absolutely recommend!

I cannot say enough about David at Claro! I called him late afternoon on a Friday and within an hour he was at my house. He educated me on mold and his company’s new technology with mold treatment. The job was promptly treated!
It was good to know that several companies are using an older technology with less favorable results. I am so happy with Claro!! -
We’d noticed a faint mildew smell around the HVAC vents and weren’t sure if it was worth digging into. Dave at Claro told me about their “test first, treat only if needed” approach — no pressure, just honesty. They ran the air test, found elevated spores (likely from past humidity leaks), then scheduled fog treatment. A few hours later we were done. The smell disappeared within a day and the air felt noticeably lighter. I appreciated how upfront and no-nonsense the process was.

He stepped up when no one else did. He helped me get started, clearly knew his stuff, and his price was fair.

A great tow boat company to work for.

They were not late, unlike most of the other companies I hired. Good in my books.

On top of delivering the HVAC unit intact and offering warranty, they managed to install it in a nick of the time. I value true professionals and think they deserve 5 stars!

I am thrilled to share this review. St. Louis AC and Heating Inc is one of the best companies I head a pleasure of dealing with! Had my hands tied with other company, but they came through to help me and handled all the paperwork too.

St. Louis AC and Heating Inc saved the day for us! Our AC went out during one of those sticky, humid St. Louis afternoons, and the whole house felt like an oven. Called them up, and they had a tech out from their McDonald Ave location super quick—no long wait, no hassle.
The technician was on time, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on, didn’t try to push any unnecessary fixes, and had the unit back up and running in no time. You could feel the cool air almost instantly!
Reliable, honest, and efficient—exactly what you want in an HVAC company. If you’re in St. Louis and need heating or cooling help, St. Louis AC and Heating Inc is the crew to call. Highly recommend! -
Without a doubt, I can recommend them to anyone. The most trustworthy and sincere HVAC company I've ever dealt with is St. Louis AC and Heating Inc. They are professional, on time, and genuinely customer-focused. They do expert work at reasonable prices, are savvy and operate their business with amazing integrity.

This has been the worst purchase experience I have ever had. I purchased the Bosch dishwasher almost a month ago AND STILL do not have the correct product, correctly installed in my home. FOUR delivery teams have been to my home. The first team didn't know what they were doing, but lied to us and said it could not be installed, even though we had an old dishwasher that was installed by Home Depot.
Second team had no idea what they were doing, but tried to install it anyway and could not have done worse. They left without it having power. They said it was defective, but "installed" it anyway. The dishwasher was crooked every way possible and was completely unusable. Third team comes out and they know what they are doing. They are apologizing profusely because the second team did such a poor job that they severed the power cord of the new appliance. So they get it installed, but now we have a new dishwasher with a "make work" power cord. I look at the new dishwasher that night and it is missing the top rack of the dishwasher. It is supposed to be a 3 rack dishwasher and it only has 2. So l contact customer service, which by the way is not Home Depot customer service, it's Home Depot delivery team customer service, which is awful. It took 3 phone calls and 2 hours to get a Supervisor on the phone. That Supervisor tried every tactic possible to not help me. First stated that nothing could be done because the installation had occurred more than 48 hours prior even though it had no electricity to it until 24 hours prior. Then when I bring up the missing parts, they claimed it was my fault and stated that I would have to track down the second team for the missina parts. Finally, after threatening to make a claim with the BBB and the Attorney General, they did agree to replace the dishwasher with a new one. So the 4th team is scheduled to end this nightmare. I called Home Depot delivery customer service to request that we have a team that knows what they are doing and can swap the dishwashers. The 4th team arrives AND they straight up say they don't know how to install OR remove a dishwasher. SO NOW, I have a damaged dishwasher missing parts with a make shift power cord, which by the way is a fire hazard, and another dishwasher in my garage in a box waiting to installed. I call Home Depot delivery customer service and they cannot send out a 5th team until March 14th. Unbelievable!
