Fred installed our new kitchen backsplash, which was a 2-part project because demo. of the old backsplash & prep for new one had to be coordinated w/new countertop install. & before installation of new backsplash. Fred was so accommodating in every aspect of working with us! He was also highly respectful of our home & ensures that his crew is as well! His work is meticulous, professional, & beautiful. He is honest, fair, ethical, & a delight. We feel very fortunate to have found him & plan to work with him again! Fred is our guy!

I am working overseas in Iraq as a contractor for the military. I have a roommate that is living in my basement of my house, which is 113 years old. She was concerned about the original door having a gap, as was I. I told her to get a new door ordered. She went there and made arrangements to have them come out and install the door. As I write this, it has been over 2 months since this project was PAID FOR!! They wanted it all up front! They told her two weeks initially. After a month, they finally said the door was done, and would be installed. The installer put the door up, and left to come back with the screen door (that didn't fit, but he measured for previously). Long story short, water was coming in under the door during latest rain. The glue was washing out. He put 3 3 1/2" screws on ONE SIDE of the frame, and EXPANDING FOAM on the other...that's it! Concrete was ordered when this project was billed and paid for, but it was not installed..where is it? I paid for it?? Then after repeated inquiries and complaints, the guy shows back up TODAY (4/12/17) and is just wanting to put the trim up and put the screen door on! He said "I can put concrete under the door, but didn't bring any with me"???? Local store has NOT been helpful, saying it wasn't THEIR issue! We have a call into corporate, and with the BBB. I totally am thinking this guy tried to pull a fast one on a woman, while I was over here in Iraq. If I could, I'd jump on a plane right now! The store has been horrible to deal with this, and so far corporate is not being responsive.

Hey long distance review here! We are in Florida. The lineman from Nooter are some of the nicest and greatest people. We were without power for 4 days (nothing compared to some), in our mile stretch of road there was 10 trees down on power lines from hurricane Milton. Nooter arrived Friday morning and by mid day Saturday our power was back on. My boys colored pictures for them while the power was out and the men on this crew answered all their questions and were so kind when they brought them pictures. Words cannot describe how thankful we are. Thank you and every lineman from the bottom of our hearts. You are all so amazing!! 💚💚💚

I had seen mold on the windowsill and the bedroom wall and was not able to get maintenance to do anything about it. I then kept asking verbally for a couple of months and nothing happened, it spread. It wasn't until I was in the hospital bed and desperately needed to find out what I was having allergic reactions to. I had allergy-induced anaphylaxis 2 days in a row and had to use my EpiPen both times. I was admitted and kept for a while. It wasn't until I talked to Dave, the expert, that I realized how bad this was. Dave called me back the day after reaching out to him. He was very good at listening to my story and my symptoms. He did not hesitate to jump into action and give me expert advice. He is very professional and I believe certified to test mold for the state or government level. He's legit. The science that he uses I believe is backed up by the EPA. I did not have a lot of options as far as getting away from my apartment. He understands that everybody should have the right to live in a healthy environment free from mold. He is working with me and my medical team to get this problem evaluated and fixed. Out of the goodness of his heart he supported me as I talked to my landlord and explained from an expert's point of view how bad the situation was. I really respect him for how he helped me even though he doesn't have any grants or anything to pay for the work he does. Without him our family would be stuck in a hazardous environment with no recourse for getting the mold out. He's not afraid of push back if it's to help out a family and do the right thing. Nobody wants to see their health decline because of where they live. My kids definitely appreciate it.

Dave who owns and runs Claro is the most amazing person. I called him as I was struggling with sinus issues and migraines. He tested many areas in our house. He has helped us endlessly to resolve our problems. Thanks Dave for your kindness and intelligence and your care and concern. You are the BEST!!

The first of its kind here in town. So great to have a safe mold remediation option in STL. There is nothing better you can do for the health of your family than making sure your house is mold-free! They offer mold inspections and make it easy.

I lean toward skepticism when I hear about "one-day mold fixes," but Claro proved me wrong. Dave was honest about what could and couldn't be done. They tested the air, confirmed there was an issue, then fogged the house in one afternoon. By the next day air tests were clear and the stale odor was history. House feels cleaner, fresher -- I sleep better now. No drama, no stress. Just results.

Very professional. Explained the procedure. The whole process seemed overwhelming but the Claro employees changed that feeling. They encouraged us to get the leak fixed before we proceeded with the service. I am grateful for their help , knowledge and professionalism.

Basement had damp patches after a rain leak last summer. We cleaned it up, but the air still felt stale with patches of visible mold. Called Claro. Dave came, tested the air, confirmed elevated spores, but said fogging only makes sense once the leak was fixed — which it was. They treated the house the next afternoon, re-tested — and everything was clean. No drama, no mess. Just a safe, fresh home.
