I can't say enough good things about Henry K&B, Des Peres and its store manager Shannon. We had a holiday-time dishwasher emergency, and after being strung along for a month by another dealer, Shannon got it done within 24 hrs. She also set us up with an awesome network of plumbers, hvac guys and electricians. The best retail experience I've had in recent memory.

The extent of my experience was just going in and looking at some bathroom fixtures. I was greeted right away and my questions were answered. The only negative which is probably not in their control is the shower doors I was interested in would take over 3 weeks from ordering.

I hired Henry Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen and mudroom bathroom and add a mudroom laundry this past spring. I saw a photo of a kitchen in the NYT style section and showed it to designer Sue McCann. Seeing my vision she planned and executed a fabulous kitchen and bath redo discussing new products and advising every step of the way.! Madelyn Thompson coordinated a very smooth work schedule keeping me informed and the various tradesmen on time. I started the project on Feb 26 and was finished on May 18. Work continued even during the pandemic with Henry employees Dale and John practicing safe construction. I am extremely picky and they responded to my every request or question. During any remodel there are things that are unexpected. Henry K&B worked with me to solve any issues during the process. I could not recommend Henry K&B more highly if you are considering a remodel!

We came in with pretty clear ideas for our master bath remodel and Joanne helped us pick out all of the materials in less than two hours. She had a lot of great ideas and really helped narrow down options for us. The bathroom turned out exactly as we imagined. Randy was great, too, very punctual and professional during the installation. The work itself took two weeks longer than estimated since some items had to be ordered and took longer than expected.

Joann was amazing. I had the classic case of buying a condo with builder grade fittings that I did not chose. I hated it. I went to 2 well known companies to try to get a solution. They offered me "dream designs" but never helped me solve my problem: How do I get my "Japanese spa look" within the confines of my 3rd floor Condo? I could not change the drain locations. None of the other companies helped me solve this (Kohler or ProSource). But Joann did. She got it. She understood my concept and the limitations of living in a condo. She has both the technical understanding and a great sense of design. I am a very happy customer. I love my new Master Bath. Thank you Joann!!!

We recently worked with Joanne Conley to design and renovate a guest bathroom and master bathroom in our home. While I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, Joanne was able to take my ideas and put them into designs that turned out beautifully! She also made sure that we had the quantity and correct materials we needed for the project and the quality was great - and didn't break the bank! During the project, Joanne was very responsive to questions and helped us to stage deliveries of materials. I enjoyed Joanne's patience with me throughout the design and completion process - we couldn't have done it without her!

Bought 3 brand new American Standard toilets, 1 was fine, 2 were defective, meaning the mold was defective and would not work properly. Your des peres cs(or manager) not sure, would not contact supplier to see about replacements due to time? well, the install of the toilets were delayed due to illness in the family, but defective is defective, You did not allow American standard to make it right, nor Your company. I flip houses and project tens of thousands of purchases to come.. will go to wholesale plumbing supply where i bought 2 new toilets with going beyond satisfaction to make sure they were good ! .. you are unprofessional at best.

We just completed a complete remodel of our kitchen/dining room/living room area making everything open concept. This is the second time we've worked with Sara at the Des Peres store for a house remodel and she is awesome. She has the vision to put together what we wanted. We met on probably a dozen occasions to get the project done including coming to our house to look at the area first-hand. The previous time we used Henry's and Sara as our designer was 6 years ago when we did a complete remodel of all bathrooms in our house. We were so pleased with the work and quality, that it was a no-brainer to go back to her when we needed our kitchen done this time.

We had a great experience working with Fred’s General Contracting on our bathroom update. Fred was easy to communicate with throughout the project and always responsive when we had questions. The work turned out great and the bathroom looks much better than before. He also helped with some additional painting that wasn’t originally part of the project scope, which we really appreciated. Overall we’re very pleased with the quality of the work and how smoothly everything went. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fred to others looking for a reliable contractor.

Absolutely loved working with Fred's Contractind! Our bathroom was circa 1940 and needed a full gut. Very hard worker,especially Fawad! On time every day and got the job done in a timely manner despite a few unexpected issues with the house, like 3 inches of concrete on walls and floor. Cleaned up everything each night. Very polite, reliable and fair price. We could not be happier. Please see before and after photos for yourself.

Fred's general has remodeled our bathrooms, kitchen, new floors, windows and doors. We could not be more satisfied. We keep on calling on Fred's general for all of our remodeling and house projects.

We hired Fred's General Contracting for a gut renovation of the mainfloor bathroom in our 1930 St. Louis home. We wanted it to be updated, but with a look and feel appropriate for our home's time period. Fred and his crew did an awesome job. They arrived on time every day, worked hard to help overcome the many expected (and unexpected) problems with this type of rehab, and brought in excellent specialists for electric and plumbing when needed. We interviewed many contractors and took many bids, but we're very happy we went with Fred.

We had a great experience with Fred's General Contracting. They came out quickly for a short notice plumbing repair and had everything addressed in great time with reasonable rates. I was very impressed with their quality and customer service. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

Fred's General Contracting is a 5 star company. After installing a sump pump in the finished section of my basement. Fred's General Contracting replaced the cut-out drywall and fixed the carpeting and baseboard trim. They restored it back to it's original condition. Fred is a very thorough, honest person when it comes to the Superb work that they do. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Fred's General Contracting!!
I know I will be definitely using Fred's from now on!!!!!

We had a great experience working with Fred and his team! They replaced flooring in two rooms and repaired a hole in our roof. Fred’s communication and responsiveness was something I greatly appreciated. He came out quickly to assess the jobs and his crew got started almost right away. Pricing was more than fair and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. I will absolutely be using Fred and his team again in the future and would highly recommend them.
