Made an appointment to look for a bathtub. Consultant said she would send us a list of options with our preferences. I was emailed one tub that did not fit my preferences and when asked for more options they stopped responded to my emails to the company and the consultant and stopped answering my calls.

Jennifer T was absolutely outstanding to deal with. She answered all of our questions and couldn't have been any better to deal with. Highly recommend talking to her and shopping Henry.

They have lots of hard to find parts. But I think they employ ex convicts or something. There was a product that they had in stock but the guy behind the counter wouldn't sell to me, when I asked why, the guy actually threatened me. I'm afraid to go back there, but I might have to. If I had to buy something that cost more than $10 it would have to be a major emergency, otherwise I would order it online or find another place.

Walked in at 2:05 Saturday, today. As we walked in I was told in a loud voice,,, we closed 5 minutes ago. There were at least 15 customers in the store. I was shopping for a 20m bathroom renovation.
Customer service is everything when you sell the same thing many others do. 2:00 close on a Saturday is pathetic. I GAVE 1 STAR because negatives not a choice

We went in to look for items for a bathroom remodel and the man who “assisted” us didn’t answer my questions and walked away saying that the item we were asking about cost $800. So we went to Signature Kitchen and they were happy to help us and we spent more than $800!

I stopped by to see if I could get a quote on a bathroom vanity. Two women there..... didn't seem to want to help but one said she would show me items. Promised a quote to my email and never heard from her ......so sad

Very rude and unprofessional from the beginning to the end. When I pointed out a part was $40 more expensive than the same part online the saleswoman said "we have to pay for this building" and after refusing to give contractor pricing to a business that has been in business for 30 years and used Henry's before she finally offered a $1 discount on our $106 part. Not worth your time using this company.

Great showroom, really helpful people. Lots of different design styles it would Probably be best to book an appointment particularly on weekends as the waves of people can get pretty busy. Still great to browse even without an appointment.

Only interested in big projects it seems. Went in to get help finding a corner sink- made the mistake of saying it was for a small city bathroom and the man who greeted us wasn’t particularly helpful. Showed us one sink, (an American Standard that you can get anywhere) in a catalogue that I’d seen before online, which was very ordinary - this was after I’d told them I was looking for something with a little more character and mentioned wanting perhaps a vessel sink. When I said I was looking for something more interesting he walked away saying he’d have to “research it”. Wouldn’t he know more products this if it was his business? I’m sure I’m not the only one with a small city bathroom...

The staff seems over worked, warehouses don’t know where things are or if in stock. I’m so envious of those that had a good experience here! They just remodeled the show room at it looks great. Good luck! Hope it goes better for you than it did for me. After 5 months of trying to work together they would likely rate me low as a customer.

Sara Pilch does such a great job. Both Anne and I highly recommend her. She was a real pro in helping us with our kitchen and 1/2 bath. She is a great person as well. Ted Collins

Henry's has a pretty good selection of various fixtures, tubs, sinks and more on display to look at. They are able to order just about anything you want.
The staff is friendly and will take the time to help you choose what will work best for you. The price range depends on your taste and how high end you want to go.

Awesome, I called Plumbers Supply On Manchester for a Toilet Lid because I was having a hard time explaining what I needed else where and finding just the Lid for a reasonable price.
Hadrian helped me within seconds of my call.
Rather than giving him a bunch a number from the toilet that I had to guess at.
He just had me text him the pictures I had taken.
By the time I was done with my text Hadrian knew exactly what I needed. He had that part ready and available where ever it was convenient for me to pick it up... same day ....or next at a location.... near my home.
I have already passed on this company's praise as well as their information to family and friend TODAY. Penny

DeBrecht Homes has been working with Henry Plumbing and Joanne for over two decades. They are our trusted supplier for all of our custom home projects. They work with us and our customers to design beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. They are professional, timely and thoughtful in their work and see a project through from conception to completion.

We needed some higher end bathroom fixtures for our master bathroom and went to check out this place. We walked in and was greeted right away by receptionist, that was a plus, but then a sales girl came over to ask what we needed and as she proceeded to help us, she was not friendly or wanting to help us in fact, we felt like we were a bother to her and that she didn't care at all to help us. Honestly, sales is not her strength. We went ahead and purchased what we needed because we needed fixtures quickly as we were trying to put house on market by a certain date. The ordered fixtures came in the next day and I went to pick up and was told to go into the parts dept to get them. The difference between the showroom and parts dept is likened to heaven and hell. Literally. I walked into a thick stale dank dark smoke-filled room where people go to die! I couldn't get out of there fast enough with my stuff.

I would tell them never to send customers back there, like ever!!!!! Have someone come up to bring your goods to you. Luckily, we are moving out of state and wont need their services but wouldnt go back even if we weren't, which is too bad bc they really have nice bathroom and kitchen items.

Absolutely awful experience. Our project was delayed at least 6 weeks due to errors made at the store. They didn't order the right amount of material, measurements were wrong, we were told we were getting one thing and then something else was delivered. They were so disorganized they couldn't remember any of the conversations we had. They asked us to pay for the corrections of the errors they made. You couldn't give me enough of a discount to ever return to this store.

Henry Kitchen and Bath helped us with our kitchen remodel. Shannon Burch was our designer. She answered all our questions, helped make our choices and truly made the process so eaay. We could be more happy. Highly recommend.
