Our father's home in Il suffered hail damage on May 27, 2018 and I happened to be visiting the area at the time. My father passed away in December of 2017. My brothers (1 in MO and 1 in NH) and I are responsible for the property and each live 200+ miles away. Fortunately for me, Richie Mueller was in town assessing roof damage for other homeowners and was able to stop by to check ours. As I was leaving town to return to VA, Richie agreed to meet the insurance adjuster the next day in my absence. This was a Godsend. He contacted me that same day to let me know that we qualified for a full roof replacement. After filing the claim, Richie made the whole process seamless. He thoroughly explained the process, how payment was made, helped with the color choice and put me at ease. My brother came to town the day the roof was installed. Having not met Richie, he was skeptical of my decision but quickly agreed that this was a top notch operation. The crew arrived early, immediately began removing the old roof and completed the job within 7 hours. Richie sent photos and a final invoice to the insurance company that same day and the 2nd refund check was mailed the followed day. It looks beautiful and several neighbors have commented on the quality workmanship. I would highly recommend CD Strong Construction, Richie and his crew. They exceeded our expectations and we are very satisfied customers.

This company couldn't have served my family and home any better! I give them the top rating you can achieve. Jacob Quick was my manager for a roof replacement and the roof is absolutely perfect. I think I may way too particular about the way my home looks, and this roof was flawless! The team did everything in one day and took care of screens etc. perfectly. I felt that Jacob heard all of my concerns without judgement and with an attitude of doing all he could to make me happy. If you pair Jacob's customer service with a quality job you have an absolute #1 winner. I am most appreciative!!

We only had our house for a half-year when we got the hail damage in December, but we noticed leaks in the Spring. Amanda was super awesome! She handled EVERYTHING! I recently purchased a multifamily that needed some minor roof repairs. I contacted Ben Ezell based on personal recommendation to provide an estimate on a few items. He was quick and responsive at first. When I decided to book CD Strong for the work, Ben said he would send me a revised agreement via email. He never did. I called multiple times and left messages - no response. In hindsight, Ben told me his ladder was "a grower not a shower" so it was probably for the best that he ghosted me on this project.

CD Strong replaced my roof in a timely manner and it looks great! Amanda was really helpful and took care of almost everything for us. She kept us updated during the whole process. Would recommend anyone to get their roof replaced with CD.

I received a referral to CD Strong from a local roofing company in Belleville that no longer does asphalt or residential roofing. I received an estimate from CD along with two other local roofing companies and chose CD to complete the roofing job on a two- story rental property in Belleville.

I was very pleased with the whole process, from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. The job, which included a tear off and complete replacement of the roof, was done on schedule, with the materials specified in a very professional manner. Wow, what a great bunch of talented people in one company, starting with Jeff who did the quote to Missey, the office person, to the craftsmen who did the installation. Jeff worked with my insurance company and I ended up with a great price! Missey helped me to understand roofing talk and calmed my nerves because a roof is a huge undertaking and I was very nervous about doing this. The craftsmen, it was like watching a ballet! And here’s the best part. They cleaned up my yard and had it looking like they were never here. So yes, if you need a new roof give these guys a call. You won’t be sorry. My representative not only came out 2 times to meet with the adjuster to try and get the insurance company to pay for all of the damage, but even brought his supervisor Ben to meet with another adjuster and I was eventually paid everything that I was owed. This company will do everything within their power to make sure the insurance company is not taking advantage of you. This was for one of my rental properties and am planning to use them on my personal home soon. I would recommend this company to anyone as they are very professional and do great work, not to mention it was done in one day!

Amanda provided exceptional service to me when I was in need of roof and gutter work. The quality of her work was very impressive and to top it off she provides amazing customer service. I hired her to help me and due to some circumstances, I realized I would not be able to pay her in full for the job I had initially tasked her with. She graciously gave me weeks to make up the payments and competed the job as I had instructed. Needless to say I am very impressed. I would recommend her services to anyone.

They installed my father in law's roof 2x. Once after hail damage, and again after tree damage. They were timely, competitive, and provided quality workmanship. We are still very pleased with the new roof we had installed. Our roof was a bit more complicated and the workers took their time to make sure not only did the roof look good but that it would stop water from coming in. They worked hard in one of the record setting temperatures for that week. We highly recommend having this company put a new hidden seam metal roof on your home! Thanks again, Dan and Diana

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Amanda was great dealing with the project and our insurance company. Everyone was very professional, and the work was done in a very timely manner. They even cleaned up so well, we never saw a stray nail or scraps in the yard. I have been recommending them to several people.

Everything went well from start to finish. All employees involved were easy to work with. The owner Dave has been easy to contact and always answers my questions as needed. They installed a foe slate roof that looks amazing! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Ben Ezell was AMAZING to work with. He was quick to come out for a quote, gave multiple options for solutions, consulted with his superiors to ensure we received the best service and to make sure he didn't miss a possible solution, and was even able to schedule the repairs for THE NEXT DAY!! He and the two crew members he brought were respectful, efficient, and didn't leave a mess. After some negative experiences with other roofers, my husband and I were so pleased with CD Strong!! They even guaranteed our repair for 5 years and provided documentation! We will definitely be using Ben and CD Strong in the future for any roofing needs!!
