I requested a quote and Bill came out on August 3rd and said he would have a quote to me in a week. I contacted him to check on the quote on 8/14 and he said he would have it 8/16. 8/16 he said it would be emailed in the a.m. on 8/17. Now it is the evening of 8/18 with no quote and no call to explain.

Great place all around. Management all the down to the employees are a bunch of good people who care about the customer and the job they do . The facility is nice and they have all the equipment to take care of any job you can give them not to mention they are a one stop shop they handle everything. Keep up the good work

West County Gardens has been taking care of our property for a few years now. From landscape work to snow removal they have exceeded expectations and are easy to work with.

I contacted John at West County Gardens to come out and help us transform our backyard (we just moved into a 85 year old house in Rock Hill) with a new patio, walkway, gas fire pit, outdoor lighting, stairs off our deck and outdoor seating area. What I didn't take into consideration was the overall big picture of the drainage problem that the property had. On top of that, we have 4 HUGE trees in the back yard that really prevent much sun to getting to the grass that was in pretty poor shape. From start to finish, this project could not have went more smoothly. John came out to the house multiple times to check on everything and to make sure that it was going as planned and went WAY WAY WAY beyond our expectations and how you fixed a lot of problems that would have taken me years to get around to doing.

Logan, John and their team of professionals built a retaining wall and set up a new landscaped design. The project was delivered on time and at the quote provided. They cleaned up the area when finished and I could not be happier.

This guy is very rude. He blocks driveways to individuals who are not using his service and won't move while serving other lawns. When asked to move, he refused and made excuses. Do not block driveways, dude! Low quality business practices right there. Don't assume you have permission for parking on property you don't service.
