Hands down, best contracting experience. Don is professional, responsive, affordable and can do it all. The attention to detail has our kitchen and bathroom looking great with new caulk work. Daryn meticulously removed old, stained and molded grout and made it new again. Him and his team do great work, I highly recommend if you need house projects done. Looking forward to our Spring exterior projects with Custom Maintenance.

Custom Maintenance’s service was exceptional. We worked together on a plan to remove large t.v screens in our new home left over from the previous owners. 5 Stars for Jordan and Tyrik at Custom Maintenance! They added crown molding and plant rail to our guest room and office and did a wonderful job. Both were professional and courteous, kept us up to date on what they were doing, and cleaned everything up both days!

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. My kitchen sink was completely backed up, and after trying several fixes myself with no luck, I reached out for help. Donald responded to my post and sent Tyrik. Tyrik arrived promptly, was professional, and got everything working again quickly. My sink now works perfectly!
What truly meant the most is that money is tight for me right now, and Donald generously had Tyrik help me free of charge. That level of kindness and integrity is rare. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend them!
