Don (the owner) and his crew (Jordan and Brace) teamed up to give us a beautiful walk-in shower and new flooring in our bathroom and utility room. Their price was reasonable and the project was done within budget.

We own an "antique house" that is over 100 years old. Older homes are quirky and challenging; often requiring some creative out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving. It is also a one bathroom house so they were extra accommodating when those needs arose. We were kept informed at all times and answered our many questions patiently and thoroughly. My husband has Parkinson's and has special needs for accessibility. Jordan made it a priority to consult him for specifics on grab bar placement. He even installed extra long screws for the grab bar inside the shower to insure that it was extra stable and secure.

Don and his crew were all very courteous, professional, and did a great job!! Last but not least, I also want to mention that during the entire project I NEVER heard as much as one four letter word out of any of these guys --- refreshing to say the least! I would hire Custom Maintenance again in a heartbeat!

The owner (Don) and his crew member (Brace) were both kind, professional and respectful team members who provided amazing and timely services for my home. As colder weather was arriving in St. Louis in December, Don worked with Brace to get this exterior painting job accomplished in a timely manner during the most ideal temperatures in that month so the paint would dry and cure according to the instructions on the paint can. This attention to detail to insure this job would be done correctly makes them both stand out from other home maintenance companies in St. Louis.
