This is a really nice garden center. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection.

Beautiful as well as cute items for inside and out. Decked out for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Beautiful plants. Looking forward to seeing it set up for Christmas.

Great selection! There is also a large gift shop with adorable stuff. One stop shop for mothers day!

Went here looking for a certain plant & they had it !!! They were very pleasant and friendly ladies !!! In the future, I will go back there for any plant needs that I have.

This place is a real ripoff, keep your receipt cause they will overcharge your credit card. Management is rude and very disrespectful when confronted. Beware, no wonder they can afford to open another business.

I love this place.They are always friendly & helpful.The flowers are beautiful & last longer especially the pansies.They have allot more to look at inside now too.

Planthaven Farms is a magical happy-place, filled with fabulous holiday items, and lots and lots of great plants planters, and beautiful Christmas trees. Very personable staff.

The ladies there are so helpful, awesome selection, lots of rare and hard to find plants, will definitely be visiting them again!! I highly recommend this place!!

Whilst it might be a lovely garden center, do jot go there if you are going to spend more than 10 minutes. They do not have bathroom facilities that they allow their customers to use. Obviously, if you have kids, never go there.

They do have a pretty good selection of different variety and colors of plants, flowers; a little overpriced though, but worth it if you find what no other garden center has - workers can be snobbish at times that I've been there...

I've been actively looking for greenhouses and nurseries in the area and came across Planthaven. Stopped in and am SO glad I did! Even if you purchase nothing, just the atmosphere is amazing. I found two plants I had on my wishlist and am so excited! They are beautiful and healthy and were a very fair price! The woman (who I assume is a manager/owner) was so knowledgable and helpful and very kind! Some of the plants are one the pricier side but again, I found some great deals! Will definitely be coming back.

We've drove past too many times to count admiring the beautiful plants. FinaFin made a point to stop by today, NO regrets, with my daughter we spent about an hour looking at all the beauty this place holds!!

Ended up going home with tiny succulents to make a garden, the woman who assisted me helped out SO much and gave great advice and tips for caring for what I was buying and even showing me some things I missed that would be great in the tiny garden.

Not to mention the product and items inside we're absolutely gorgeous as well!!!

They have beautiful healthy plants and knowledgeable help. Inside you can always find special gift items, so many unique items! Please check them out you will love stopping in!

Great customer service. I wanted a plant that was out of stock at the Oakville location. One was available at the other store far from my home. The plant was transferred to the Oakville store and I was called the same day it arrived. The item is in great shape. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have never posted a review for any business. I showed up at this business at 9:15 am to browse for a blue flowering plant in respects for my mother in law whom passed away on the 4th of July. Both workers who were watering flowers were extremely helpful. Then here comes a woman who tells me to leave because they don’t open until 10am assuming she’s the boss. Unbelievably rude. I will never again be back to this business and I will share my experience with all my neighbors, friends and family. Went down the streets to Crab Apple and found exactly what I was looking for and treated with a friendly experience. Don’t go to this place.

Beautiful little hidden gem in SoCo. If you have visited years ago in the past and in the fence of coming back please note they are under new management/owners. And if your a plant lover like me you have to check them out. Plants are reasonably priced, & healthy. The indoor section is fun to look out my only complaint is the items in there are extremely expensive. But still pretty to look at.

So beautiful and so many unique flowers! It's my happy place! A hidden treasure in So. County. They donated their lovely facility so Monarch Jewelry could hold a show.

We have shopped at Plant Haven for quite a long time. This year on Mother’s Day, I purchased for hanging plants worth over $100 and they died almost immediately. The attendant told me that they were for full sun. I brought them up to see if there was something they could do because no matter how much I watered them or even moved them out of the sun They kept wilting. The worker said sorry, all sales are final. Maybe they’re a little dry. Not the biggest deal in the world, but I was shocked by the lack of customer service or even attention. No recommendations, no exchanges, no returns. Just sorry and that’s it. Unfortunately this is the last time I will shop here. What a shame.
