My Bissell vacuum that I got at Target had lost a lot of suction and was VERY loud. I took it in to get it repaired, and the technician listened to it, opened it up to examine it, and told me the motor bearings were shot. He then went on to point out exactly where the damage was, how it had likely come about, and how to avoid it in the future. Since the vacuum was effectively dead, he offered to dispose of it at no charge. The technician then refused any payment because they offer free appraisals for vacuum servicing.
I will definitely be back with any vacuum needs I have in the future!

Please invest elsewhere gave them 3yrs A++ cleaning, they will never give you respect. Very sad I loved all of my contracts but the office was always unorganized always changing management.
