Very Racists Place. Very Rude woman that work their and answer phones.

Absolutely Horrible!!!

After paying $175.00 for the cleaning of my vacant rental properly, I get a text message from the company telling me I did not pay and continued to tell me that I paid the wrong Venmo person, after sending a picture of the transaction. I get to my rental house and it is filthy. I requested the oven and fridge to be cleaned and it wasn't. I then text the company and they said that they forgot to add it, but they didn't charge me. Basically, an "oh, well." The carpet had dust around the edges and you can tell there WERE vacuum marks. The list goes on and on. Nothing was cleaned or cleaned properly. Highly disappointed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

10/10 experience!! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and their services are truly top-tier! I’ve noticed some negative reviews, but it seems like people are confusing this company with another — this is strictly a commercial cleaning company, not one that cleans homes or vacant properties.

The team at CBS are the best in the business. I was in a tough situation with needs for a professional service at one of my commercial properties, Lucas (owner) was immediately helpful. They had a cleaning team on site within 5 hours, and after the first cleaning I locked in a contract with them. Professional, responsive, thorough and the best decision I made to keeping my building in great condition. I will absolutely be using CBS for all my commercial projects.

Edit: I did receive a call after the review was posted with an apology for the services we received.
We are very disappointed with the services provided by CBS. We contracted them to clean our 11,000-square-foot medical office building, yet they consistently sent only one technician who spent less than two hours on site. Given the size of the facility, this level of service was clearly inadequate.

Despite providing repeated feedback regarding incomplete tasks—such as failure to wipe down kitchen counters and clean microwaves—there was no noticeable improvement. We were assured these concerns would be addressed, but unfortunately, the issues persisted.

After issuing a 30-day written notice to terminate the contract, the only response we received was, “Sorry it did not work out better.” Matters were further compounded when the technician brought an unauthorized individual into the building during their final visit, a serious breach of our trust and security protocols. As a result, we terminated services effective immediately. CBS’s response to this was a single word: “Received,” with no apology or attempt to address the situation.

This experience reflects a concerning lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care. We cannot recommend CBS based on our experience.

Commercial Building Services cleaning met and exceeded all expectations. Upon my initial call, they were forthright with all information and pricing. There were no surprises later on. Their staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating to my office needs. Although I’ve only been a customer for 8 months, I’d recommend Commercial Building Services to any of my peers. They strive to make the customer happy, and have certainly accomplished that with me.

Great cleaning company. We struggled finding good cleaners until switching to RAH Commercial Cleaning Services. Rick and Alaa did an excellent job cleaning our office for us. The pictures speak for themselves. Great work! Would highly recommend!
