I have used Unique Heating and Cooling for many years now and they have always done exceptional work. Haven’t needed their services in a couple of years and when I called yesterday, they were very kind and although extremely busy this time of year, they were able to get someone out here today. The young man that came was very polite, professional, and informative explaining things to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You’ll be treated well and you won’t be disappointed.

Milo came and diagnosed the problem with the cooling. He was able to fix it and make some recommendations. Very friendly and professional.

I had a heating/flame sensor go down on me and was unable to properly diagnose the issue or fix it. A representative from Unique came out and very quickly pinpointed the issue, and within a short time was able to get everything working again. After talking to another business who had quoted me repairs in the thousands, the cost of repair from Unique was much more affordable. Unique Heating and Cooling did repairs to our furnace after our home was struck by lightning. They were responsive and friendly and were able to do the repair for us quickly! We liked them so much, we used them again to have a whole home humidifier installed and we love it! We will continue to use Unique Heating and Cooling and have recommenced them to all of our friends and family! Thanks Unique!!

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Unique Heating and Cooling. We have a unique set up for air conditioning in our house Unico System (high velocity forced air) with a condensing unit outside that runs on 410 (very unique). In the hottest week of the summer, a motor went out in our attic unit. Johnny and his team not only went above and beyond, but they researched and found a replacement motor that they no longer make to fit our unit. We even had a vacation planned and they were able to coordinate with our family to complete the install while we were gone. They saved us a ton of money by not having to replace the entire unit and it says a lot of about the way they run a business. There are not many companies where the owner personally works with you to come up with a creative solution and sees it to completion. I would trust Unique Heating and Cooling with any of my A/C needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need a trusted partner. Thanks again Unique Heating and Cooling!

My regular AC guy retired and I was very worried about finding another honest and professional company. He recommended Unique heating and cooling. They were able to set up a timely appointment and sent out Dakota to find out what the problem was. He was able to identify the issue and fixed it. He was very nice, professional, tidy and Covid safe. The price was very fair. I would recommend him and the company to everyone. It is a wonderful thing to find an honest and professional business you can count on.

Over the last couple years, I've worked with both Dakota and Gary at Unique. They are both professional, punctual, and personable. The company itself is very accommodating and easy to work with, always out the same day if you need them. They're great with call aheads so you you don't have to sit and wait, wondering when someone will arrive. Highly recommended!

It was almost 10pm and on of the coldest days in STL, and I reached out to Unique AC, in less than 5 min a gentleman from Unique called me to find out what was the need, after a conversation Anthony said he will come an troubleshoot the furnace. He showed up and began with his protocol, he identified the issue, fixed it and got the furnace going.
After that we received the invoice and to our surprise it was a pretty fair pricing even though it was late and cold.
Highly recommended make business with this fine company.

The best heating and air company! From the phone call through the visit, they are courteous and professional. On the day of the service, they call when they are on their way with the expected arrival time. Tech covers his shoes before walking in your door. They are friendly and very professional. They were able to get us in quickly, the team arrived at the time of our appointment and they got us up and running again in a very timely manner! Outstanding service - our renters AC went out on a 100 degree St. Louis day. They went out after hours to review the situation and within 24 hours had parts delivered and service completed. Very happy tenants. Highly recommend

Really pleasantly surprised with the Unique team - I've tried a bunch of other bigger name HVAC companies and always felt like I got pretty lax diagnostics and there wasn't much effort put into identifying and addressing the problem. I called Unique today and the wonderful receptionist did her best to squeeze me in ASAP (which she did - the guy was there in 15 minutes). Once he was here, he was super polite, worked quickly to rule out any alternative issues, found the problem, and didn't sell me on more than what I needed. He was out as quickly as possible and our house is cool again! If you're scrolling through Google trying to find out which company to call, take it from a guy who has called them all - I don't think you can do much better than this

I had a great experience with this company. While doing a routine maintenance of our mini split, the technician found an issue causing a refrigerant to leak. Dakota was prompt, personable, and professional. He told me upfront my expected cost and how long it would take to fix. I highly recommend their services and plan to use them again.

Amazing experience once again. We only ever call Unique for our HVAC needs. Upon waking up in a freezing cold house we called first thing in the morning. The service person Dakota arrived within the anticipated arrival window. He was courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Don't hesitate to call Unique. They're batting 1000 for us after multiple calls, over multiple seasons, over multiple years.
