Welsch just installed new HVAC systems in our Mechanic's shop and Body shop. They also installed new radiant heat in our Mechanic's shop. I would highly recommend their professional sales and service staff, they really care about their customers. We couldn't be happier!!!

We live in a McBride new build home. We watched the entire process from foundation up. One of the few steps in the build that was done correctly. 100% would recommend this company.

Welsch's install team did a great job installing a new HVAC system for our home. Our AC went out about 10 days ago and with the heat index forecast I was very worried. They were able to get a team out to do our install this morning and had it done by 12:30 pm. They did amazing work with every detail done beautifully. I highly recommend Welsch for any HVAC work you may need. 5 star service all the way.

I shopped for some quotes for a new HVAC system for our home. Welsch provided a very competitive offer and delivered perfectly on my large project. Friendly staff, from the office to the individuals in my house, made this install seamless.

The on-call staff member was quick to respond by phone after hours with some instructions, and the office called first thing in the morning to schedule. While an A/C problem was obviously frustrating for us in the heat we have right now (8/26/2020), we had top notch service with Jeremy. He was thorough during his inspection, found the issue and was informative when discussing the repair. The office was helpful and obtained our warranty and claim information for us. Jeremy got to work immediately and went above and beyond my expectations. Very pleased!

Our 25yo furnace cracked a heat exchanger on one of the coldest days of the year. My regular HVAC guy was not able to do in install for over a week, so I called around to several companies, eventually getting to Welsch. After a great phone consultation, Denny was able to come out the next day to get measurements, talk through options, and explain the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and completely honest in his assessment of our situation. He not only recommended several systems of varying efficiencies and cost, but also pointed out some issues where our air intake was not sized correctly, causing some overall issues in our HVAC system. He helped ensure that we were going to have the ideal setup for our house and made certain we understood his recommendations fully. The installers were out the next day (on a Saturday), and were extremely professional. They had our whole new system installed in a few hours, and made sure that we knew how to operate it.

In summary, I couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received from Welsch. From the initial phone and in-person consultation, to the installation, to working with the office folks after the install, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience and our HVAC issues resolved. I would happily recommend Welsch, and will be using them in the future for our HVAC service needs.

Another HVAC company gave me an overpriced and inaccurate repair recommendation. Welsch provided an honest assessment of repair and new system options and recommended repairs that saved me a ton of money and gave confidence in my air conditioner lasting longer. Chris S. took time to explain and prove whether the repairs were necessary or not. Appreciate the honest and fair approach and will give my business to Welsch going forward.

I worked with David G. to replace a 2.5 ton unit that serviced our newborns 2nd floor room. Ultimately we didn't choose Welsch, the only reason being a slightly longer lead time than a competitor (3 vs 5-7 business days, both of which are great when triple digits are in the forcast). David showed up on time, was responsive to our questions, and was all around great to work with. The pricing he delivered was straightforward, cost competitive, and clearly defined. I would recommend my service experience with them to a friend, and if the needs arises, call them for my own future HVAC needs.

tldr: If the experience was good enough to write a review online even when they didn't win our business, its pretty clear their customer service is top notch all around.

As a property manager who is responsible for ensuring work is completed on time and residents are happy for 200 apartments; I
would have to say it has been my absolute pleasure working with Welsh Heating and Cooling for the install of the new air conditioners and furnaces. Todd, Jason, Doug, Matt and Paul have been nothing but amazing and easy to work with. On time, fast work, CLEAN work, happy residents, I couldn't have asked for a more seamless project. The onsite guys do amazing, detailed oriented work and I couldn’t be more thankful for Welsch sending such a trustworthy, hardworking crew to get our project done.

I have used Welsch for a long time and they are as competent and customer focused now and they were 20 years ago. They are a big company with a personal way of doing business. I recommend them without reservation.

Welsch replaced both my AC and furnace in 2016. The pre-work discussions about needs and options was exactly what needed to happen so that we could make an informed decision, weighing the costs with the benefits of the different systems that could be installed. The person took the time to explain the benefits of different systems but never tried to sell us on anything.

The techs who completed the install were professional and friendly.

Installed a new AC unit at our house. All was fine, good, installation went smoothly. Then the invoice came and it had a mistake on it, with a $2k higher charge than I'd agreed to! The good news - and the 5 * review - is because they quickly realized it was their fault, admitted it was their fault, and cleared the whole thing up. Thank you! I'm very happy with the new unit, and the responsive service!

AC went out(out) as 20 years old, called Welsch. Denny Turlin came out and was very professiona, yet easy to talk to.l. We had a quote and decided to go with Welsch after receiving other bids. They had better prices, warranty, and financing..was professional installed within days due to us being completely out of AC in heatwave. Everything is working great. Very happy with purchase and company.

We have been Welsch H&C customers since 1999 when we bought our home. We hired them to install all new Lennox HVAC equipment and have been very satisfied with it ever since. We have mostly always purchased their annual furnace/AC maintenance agreements to insure our equipment stayed in top running condition. Last night we noticed that it was a bit warm in the house and I knew something was up with our Condensing Unit outside. Having just hosed down the coils just a few days prior I really didn't know what the issue was. I turned the thermostat to off and switched the fan from auto to run thinking that perhaps something may have froze up. I called Welsch at 8:00 am and the gal was very helpful and stated that she would have a technician at my house between noon and 5:00 pm that same day. I received a text at 3:15 pm from Tech. Brian Granger who was a very nice man, we had him before on one of our many preventative maintenance calls. Wasn't here a long time and said that he had washed out the Condensing Unit and replaced a capacitor. All went well and we very much appreciated Brian and Welsch for being there and taking care of us when we needed them the same day. I highly recommend Welsch Heating & Cooling!

Top Notch. One particularly hot weekend our prior service simply was not answering the phone--even after having recently repaired the AC. Welsch came that day--fixed a problem that in retrospect had been present for quite some time and the system has been flawless since. I even offered to replace the system as it is getting up there and he gave me the honest opinion to wait! Now they are our team. Prompt, reliable, available, courteous, effective, competitive...very happy with the switch to Welsch.

Follow-up: 3 years later--sticking with Welsch; great company!

2023 Follow up:Many years ago I switched out maintenance to Welsch and never looked back. Really good. Never replaced anything major even though our stuff is old and they did not install. I finally decided that I wanted to replace our 21.5 year old AC. It was a RUUD green machine and was a reliable beast but the bills have been creeping up with time--the refrigerant is no longer available and I just felt it was time. Never pushed by Welsch. A really fine guy dude came over, Robert Parnell. Now I was ready to spend over the moon for this super fancy dandy system--would you be surprised if I told you I was talked down? Mr. Parnell explained the pros and the cons of the inverter systems that they could have sold us but explained that there have been reliability issues. Instead he reviewed options and targeted me to a reasonable and high quality system. As I reviewed after the fact--I realize he really directed me to the sweet spot--the point where you pay enough to get the things that really matter for quality and function but helped me to avoid the type of spending when you pay a lot for just tiny incremental things. There were parts of the system that did not need replacement and he did not oversell us. I just feel good! Peter did not take advantage and Welsch has earned my true customer loyalty--super strong 5 star recommendation.

I recently called to have my AC unit serviced/maintained and was so happy with the level of professionalism by the technician, Rob. He did a thorough check of all the systems and gave me recommendations on things to keep an eye out for in the future. From making the appointment and the text reminders of when he was on the way, the whole experience was wonderful. He went above and beyond!

So, our air conditioner unit just went out on Wednesday on a house we bought in 2001. I submitted a service request through the website and they gave me a call back within an hour. I sent them pictures of the unit. They called me throughout the evening to set up an appointment for someone to come out, and had someone out to my place on Thursday morning. The initial estimate of when the rep said he could replace it was Saturday morning. He called back later on Thursday to say that he was able to move it up to Friday morning. We were ecstatic!

The service people arrived exactly when they said and had a new unit installed within three hours. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job, and all at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Welsch to anyone who needed to replace an AC unit.

What can I say but that Welsch Heating and Cooling is second to none. Dealing with Denny Turlin was a very enlightening experience. He listened to what my needs were and devised a couple of plans that would work for my HVAC needs. He educated me on many things and showed me the value for my dollar which allowed me to choose what was best for us. No pressure just great information and listening! World Class Service with a smile! Denny came across as someone who loved the team he works with!

Tim who worked with me on the finance, deals, and rebates and offered different types of financing was tops as well. Very professional and clear in his explanations yet another world class person to deal with. Tim also seemed to love his job and company. These were all great signs to me as the consumer!

Then the day came to install my new system. Matt and Joe showed up rt at 0700 and where ready to rock. These gentlemen did a wonderful job installing my new unit and were professional and courteous they were very meticulous in everything they did while in my home. They actually seemed to very much enjoy being a part of the Welsch Team. They answered any questions I had and just did a marvelous job getting the job done. When they were done you couldn’t even tell they had been in my home!

Welsch’s price point is right on, their service was absolutely second to none, you won’t be sorry dealing with this crew they are there for their customers and I have no doubt they will continue to be there for us! Way to go Welsch!!! I am from St Louis and have dealt with other HVAC companies over the years. There is no comparison to the next level that is Welsch Heating and Cooling!
