Our technician was Brian, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. the trash company had left our trash cans on our yard and not only did Brian move them so he could treat the entire yard, he put the empty cans away for me, bringing them to their spot outside. He stopped to talk to my kids as we went to the bus stop, and when I got back, he gave me some tips for water measuring and appropriate times and depths. We've been with ProTurf for a while now and been happy, but I got on this review to give Brian some shout-outs!

Today was lime application. The lime is small white pellets which were spread across my property. Unfortunately my lawn is covered almost completely by leaves meaning that the lime instead of going on to the lawn in many places is sitting on top of stacks of leaves. Not sure how effective this will be in getting into the lawn itself.

My yard is usually one of the best in the neighborhood. Tee Time has serviced our lawn wonderfully. Now ProTurf & ProPest have my business and so far, they have been great.

You asked me to give a review of Brian B.’s service of a lime treatment on my yard on Wednesday this week. As far as I can tell, he did a good job. It’s a little hard to tell since I wasn’t here when Brian came.

Lawn has greatly improved over the period Pro Turf has provided service. Brian was a super friendly technician who let me a know exactly what he was going to do today and what I needed to do to follow up. He even sprayed weeds in the lawn and flower beds. There are still a few left but they are getting more scarce all the time.

Brandon and Andrew were very accommodating and professional today when they did a whole lawn Aeration. 5 stars for them! But someone at their office forgot to add me to the schedule but they corrected it after I called and I am very happy with how my lawn looks. Make sure to follow up with them after a week to confirm you are scheduled. Would have given this company 5 stars except for the scheduling problem.

I just started service with them and was most impressed. Andrew walked the property told us what was causing the problems with our shrubs. Then he began deep root feeding, very thorough did not rush through and therefore I look forward to him coming back to fertilize the lawn. Andrew said he has worked with this outfit 8 years which has to speak well of the company.

Was great made sure the dogs were up before starting

Jake is always friendly and I feel he goes the extra mile when he comes out to do it quarterly sprays and pest control.

every Pro Turf employee that has come to my house has been very courteous and helpful. i am very happy with the service from Pro Turf and highly recommend them

Trevor is Awesome! Our yard looks the best when he services it. We even requested him when we moved locations. Very knowledgeable on all things, grass and weeds!

Ben came to my house 5/23/25 to look at my lawn for concerns I had. He was wonderful, professional and showed and shared information to help with fungus as the summer heat approaches. I am grateful for his knowledge and taking his time to help me. Ben, thanks so very much!

Casey was professional, friendly, and quick. I talked about an ant situation, he gave several options, and then delivered on the pieces I asked for. Great experience!

Jerome did an excellent job today. He was very courteous as well.

Update:
Year 2. Called and requested someone to come out and take a look at some trouble spots and was told that the scheduling team would have to make that apt themselves and I would get a call back. 3 weeks later, 2 call backs asking for an update, zero responses. Last week while calling I asked to reschedule my apt given the amount of rain that was in the forecast and the lady told me "oh, you want all of this rain to water in the application", I knew better but went along with it. The technician arrived and told me that it was best for him to come back due to the forecast, sooooo I could have already had the apt rescheduled.

This year I also requested that the same technician do my applications because our yard is a weird shape and we have a large area that is up a hill and looks like it's the neighbors property. I can't be pulling away from work for every application to walk the property line. That request has been completely ignored.

I just called asking for an update on whoever is supposed to be looking at the yard and doing the tailored solution and to get confirmation that 1 technician will be doing my yard moving forward. 11+ minutes on the phone and I was told, yet again, that there wasn't anyone that could help me so I'd have to wait for a call back. Which is the 4th time I've been told that i'm 3+ weeks.

Enough is enough, time to find another service.

Previous thoughts after 2 rounds last year:
Andrew and all of the other techs have been great! Other companies were very slow to respond to calls and even slower to show up, if they even did. ProTurf is prompt to answer, prompt to show up, and my yard is already looking MUCH improved after only a few visits

Very good about keeping us informed and did a very good job.

Jerome did a great job applying treatments on my yard. I was happy with his work. I have been complaining for a month that why do I keep getting brown patches of grasses and weeds on my yard. I hope today’s treatment will solve my problem.

I couldn’t be happier with the recent visit from my lawn care guy. He showed up right on time and got right to work. He listened to a water disbursement problem I have that was totally irrelevant to his visit. And he happens to live in the neighborhood. He’s easy to communicate with, respectful and takes pride in the work he does. Highly recommend his services.

Jerome from ProTurf came out today to treat my lawn, and I couldn’t be happier. He was friendly, professional, and really took his time to do the job right.

I found Ellett to be personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed my backyard and recommended not to do treatment and that he would call the office and get my service reduced to half price since we’re only doing the front yard. I appreciate his honesty. Still waiting for a call from the office.
