Andrew was very pleasant upon arriving. Was courteous and professional Job of aeration and overseeding was done expediently.

Brian came to the door to let us know he was here. I wasn’t able to answer but I saw him in my ring camera and felt comfortable to let him do his job. I could tell he sprayed everything and he didn’t disturb us when he left. Great job Brian.

Ben came to our home yesterday, filling in because the team was a bit shorthanded. He was friendly and knowledgeable, as is Trevor who normally comes. Pro Turf is lucky to have these two gentlemen!

Proturf makes our lawn look the best on the block! We don’t have weed problems anymore and we have a very thick lawn. Taylor S. services our lawn and he is always very friendly. I was a little embarrassed to show him a vegetable garden that weeds had taken over that I want to return to lawn space but he was very professional and knowledgeable in how to get the space back to lawn. I would highly recommend this company!

I spoke with Jerome and he took the time to give me some detailed instructions for how to best tend to the lawn, so I would rate him highly for what it is worth.

I recently moved to the area and this was my first experience with Pro Turf. The technician Brian was professional and provided specific details for what he was going to do and he asked very good questions to assure the service was going to meet my expectations.

Dustin and his partner were extremely courteous and pleasant. Answered all my questions about watering and taking care of grass. They were very informative!! Was a pleasure talking with them!!

This is a shady company. My wife called for a quote and they ended up coming out and servicing our house. They also signed us up for quarterly service without notifying us. I reviewed my wife’s call with their customer service team, were she clearly states she needed to verify with me. After going back and forth with customer service they THEN said I get an in home spray with my service. So first they show up and spray on their own will, spam bill you, then hide additional services until you call. Just go with another local company. They all do the same thing except you’ll probably get minimum service a legit company offers

Jake was very professional and informative about his craft. Jake reached out to me upon his arrival which assured me he respected my time., Moreover, I asked him to wait until I arrived approximately 4-5 minutes and he honored the request. He followed the instructions I had give the company resulting in the service being provided and not had to be rescheduled.. Thanks Jake.

Hard to believe the service guy actually did the work. First of all none of my property cameras caught any motion in front or in back (and I have cameras everywhere). Also, the weeds in my lawn are not only surviving but thriving. Pic with the sign is day of “service” pic with my shadow are a week later. Feels like they scammed me and when I called to fire them there was not attempt to make it right. They also have the audacity to continually text you to “tip” their service guy for doing his job. It’s desperate and lazy, pay your workers better so they actually take pride in completing their work.

Derek was excellent this AM for lawn fertilization, he gave me a call prior to arrival and was careful with our 2 gates, which are a bit difficult to close. He was thorough with application and also spot spraying. Great employee!

The tech didn’t spray. He sat in front of the house for 10 minutes and the. Put a sign in the yard and left. They will no longer be my yard service. Wonder how many times they have done that before.

Andrew and his assistant were very pleasant and patient in accessing any obstacles such as drain tile before beginning their aeration and seeding service which I much appreciated. They were thorough in the coverage of our lawn and I look forward to seeing great results in the coming weeks and next spring. Thanks.

Javon presented himself professionally. He showed character and customer concern. He explained his work order for today’s visit and asked if I had any questions. He walked my property lines and paid close attention to detailed explanations. I would love to have Javon as my technician for my service of my lawn on each visit.

The last 3 treatments by three different individuals did not get rid of two weeds that are located where they are easily seen. The first time they missed them, the second time I told them about them but they were still untouched. A third person came out yesterday and the weeds are still thriving.

I know companies usually only hear the complaints, so I wanted to share a great experience. Josh Martie from O'Hara came out and resolved three issues we've been dealing with for nearly a year, billing, quality, and a missed service area.

He was professional, courteous, and took the time to really listen and address everything thoroughly. It made a huge difference.

As long as I'm President of the HOA, we'll continue using O'Hara and I'll gladly recommend them. With the turnover we've experienced in the past, I can honestly say, don't lose this guy.

Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. Was billed over $900 to replace a timer for our lighting system (3 visits, 2 technicians) with no accounting for the cost. Had to call a half dozen times to get our irrigation start-up completed (despite being on the schedule), was told we had a number of leaks with no details. Multiple sprinkler heads were removed with no recourse. I don't review commonly, but felt the need to here.
