I had a bad latch on my key fob, so I went in to see my options for replacement. Rather than being forced to buy a full replacement, Kyle ordered a new case for a fraction of the cost. When the delivery got delayed from problems with shipping, he asked for my number and personally reached out to me when the package had arrived. When I went in to replace the case, he told me I was free to go with no charge. Sure Lock and Key is a gem in Kirkwood, and I really appreciate Kyle for his communication and flexibility!!

Great customer service on the phone, clear and knowledgeable. Excellent installation tech. A really great experience.

Had a technician come over for 30 seconds to tell us he couldn't re-key the lock that day for whatever reason. No big deal. He told us we wouldn't have to pay for the visit.

When my wife called to schedule a follow up, we were told we DID have to pay for it. When my wife told the owner what the technician had said, he cut her off, told her that didn't happen, told her they would never say that. Treated her with no respect.

When they came back to do the lock, the technician called the boss to confirm we had to pay for the initial visit and this guy (loud enough to hear) said she was full of it, using all kinds of colorful language. Part of this tantrum included saying she was going to be put on their "list." Whatever that means. Total overreaction to a reasonable request.

This review is not about the price - it's about the way you treat people. If technicians are telling people they don't have to pay for stuff, that's between you and them - not the customers problem. Won't use them again - would recommend the same to others.

Whether it is a lock out, all exterior locks being replaced on our home or batteries for car key fobs I have yet to be disappointed. This is a great company and the people are fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Beishir.

Just no. don't do it. He took my door lock completely apart, then told me he would not be able to replace it or fix it, then he proceeded to reassemble it 100% upside down and backwards and left. I had to disassemble it a second time and put it back together myself.

The key fob died suddenly so I called up Sure Lock & Key for help. The key is a 'high security' type that can not be cut like an old timey key. Kyle did a fantastic job getting the new key cut and programmed and he did it very quickly. Excellent work, cheery attitude, and the price is right.

While I was waiting several customers came in with locks and keys, looking for help. Not eavesdropping but the owner of Sure Lock knew where the lock was used, noted that the key was quite uncommon, and then found a key that he got to fit. The lock was freed up, cleaned up, and the happy owner was on his way. This place has customer service and a can-do attitude that is rare to find - like finding a gem in the desert.

I told Kyle that I would tell all my friends about Sure Lock & Key so here is my review. If you need anything related to locks, keys, security items, and you want top-notch work and great customer service then head to Sure Lock & Key.

We had an appointment today from 11 AM to 1 PM. to have our locks at our new house changed. at 1:15 no one had shown up so my husband left a message with his phone number to call to find out if someone was going to show up. It is now 4:03, one has shown up nor has anyone called.s We took time out of our day to sit at an empty house waiting for someone to keep an appointment. This is quite unacceptable.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Warning to all!

After verifying from their written ad that they could copy my key, I travelled quite a distance to be told that they don't copy my car key, although their ad said they did. Don't bother with them unless you are desperate & want to waste your time & gas. They are not truthful!! They Lie & waste your time.

Given how busy they are, I feel like they worked me in very quickly. I had issues with the first locks I had ordered and the locksmith helped me order new ones and gave great recommendations. They worked efficiently while at my home.

Tim came to my condo yesterday. Installed a new Schlag lock on my door and re-keyed two closet doors so they could work with the same key. He was very personable and showed me patiently how to work the new locks.

The price for my 2 keys was a lot less than I had expected being I was unable to get the keys s made anywhere else I went.
