I have used Pipe Solutions many times over the last several years, for both big jobs and small. We have always gotten great service and fair prices. Work was explained in advance and the price quoted was the price paid. We have never had an issue with their work and will continue to use them whenever necessary!

Great experience with Pipe Solutions. Great communication and prompt service. Adam did an amazing job and was very courteous, explained everything. Very happy with Pipe Solutions and would recommend them and call them in the future for plumbing needs.

Keith was on time and fixed my issue with no problem. He was courteous and professional. My home warranty company assigned this job to Pipe Solutions, but I would use them again for any plumbing issue.

Pipe Solutions had to come back with a permit & check the Pressure Reducing valve due to they were told my contract with American Home Shield did not cover the permit cost. They were given the wrong information. Pipe Solutions will return next week to replace PRV due to water pressure to high.

Adam returned today (12/14/22) to replaced the PRV & did an excellent job. Will return next week to replace the duct pipe due to the one he had did not fit. Will have to order the right size.

Adam came back today (12/21/22) to install/connect a modified gas vent duct pipe on top of the water heater. Adam did an excellent job. It really looks good!!!

I used Pipe Solutions to install a water pressure regulator valve and fix a leaky shower. Chris Pratt came out to do the job and was great! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and was able to figure out exactly what my root cause was (which a different plumbing company couldn’t identify).

Additionally, Brooke in their office did a great job explaining my options/costs and scheduling. I also like their text alerts that let me know when they were on their way.

Adam and Ryan helped me out today installing a new water heater. I had to work through my warranty company with Pipe Solutions and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with their promptness, customer service, and craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

I have leak under kitchen sink that occurs every few months or so....unable to resolve still. Not technician fault...leak had stopped of course when your guy came today. I will video it ne t time it happens. Technician was very nice and he checked everything possible!

I called Pipe Solutions to find and repair my leaking shower/tub. Water was leaking behind the wall, damaging the ceiling below. I also asked for them to install two shutoff valves in the powder room on the main floor so that I won't have to shut off the water in the whole house if I choose to change out the faucet. They were very responsive and had Adam come out the next day! He was able to located the leak and fix the tub drain in a very prompt manner. He also took the time to install the water lines/shut off valves in the vanity in the main floor powder room. The work was done in a very professional and proficient manner! Adam did a good job! From my experience, I would highly recommend Pipe Solutions and Adam!

Keith was very nice. He said our water heater is 41 years old so I questioned fixing it but he assured me it's doing OK now. I know he cleaned it, checked for leaks and turned temp up, just hope it will work correctly now.

The problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes. The solution involved a wrench and some tightening to fix a simple leak and lack of cold water. I assume this might have been more affordable had it not gone through my home owner’s warranty. The deductible was $75 through AHS for several minutes of work. Still, no more leak and cold water is working!

Miguel did a great job completing the backflow testing that I needed done for the city. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things as he worked, as well as answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend him!

Nick did a great job installing the pressure regulator valve on the water line. Efficient, professional and it looks like he did a right job. I’m very appreciative for the good work that he did, I can rest easy knowing that my house is now protected. Thanks you!!!

Pipe solutions cleared the lateral line of all obstructions, plus they lined our lateral line. The owner Steve and his team (office staff & plumbers) were polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to our family and friends without hesitation. Great job & thanks!

Chris came out to replace a garbage disposal under a home warranty (AHS). Pipe Solutions has a nice system in place to let know when your service person is on the way so I knew he was coming. Chris arrived during his scheduled time, was quick with the work, kept things clean, provided me with my options (both garbage disposal and warranty wise), and answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for more.

Technician arrived to trouble shoot water softener system. After talking with me and calling the company who installed the system he didn't charge me a service call bc he didn't do much. A lot of companies would charge regardless. I'm happy there's still some honest businesses around. Thanks Ross.

Nick from Pipe Solutions was our contact person/professional. He took his time and did the work well. At one point, there was another part that was needed for the job, and he went clear across town, St. Charles, to get that part. He returned and completed the job. We are grateful for the job well done. Thank you.

Had another great experience with Pipe Solutions and AHS! Chris was great! He took care of our two leaky faucets in no time and even took the time to explain what was going on! AHS worked extremely fast! I put the request in for a technician at 11:00pm and had a tech out by noon the next day! Great experience!

The service technician came to inspect my water heater. He was actually a little early but that was fine. A piece broke so I’ll need a new water heater.
Should take a couple of days
to hear from American Home Shield about the replacement.

The service specialist repaired a leak in the plumbing pipe. (previously installed water heater). He was thorough, professional, and explained the procedure to me when the work was completed. He was emphatic, caring, and reassured me that the company would be there for further needs. Job well done!!!
