Adam from pipe solutions did a great job replacing the pressure reduction valve (PRV) and main shutoff valve coming into my house. He talked through the problem I was having and options available. He was extremely professional and was patient and very thorough when answering the many questions I had. I'm typically a DIYer but some plumbing projects are a bit outside of my scope of comfort. Overall, my experience was very good and the pricing for this job seemed reasonable.

Since this was covered by our insurance, I did not rate the value. The service was excellent and we were happy to have a different plumber than the business they had sent. The problem was fixed, the plumber was professional and there was no mess. Great service from Pipe Solutions. I highly recommend them.

Kyle was very professional and friendly! He made sure that we would have hot water up and running and even made a special trip to the warehouse to get the parts needed to fix our water heater! Very pleased with his commitment to service!

Warranty company trusted this organization to handle our plumbing call with a bad faucet. Adam came on scene and patiently listened to what the problem was and took care care of it in about 1.5 total work time. Which for me is great (considering I do contract work) plumbing is not something you can rush and you want to make sure your work doesn’t leak so the issue may have seemed small but he was thorough and took preventatives measure to make sure we wouldn’t have to deal with the issue anymore in the future!

Adam from Pipe Solutions was on time, friendly and did a great job. He took the time to listen to each of our problem fixtures, verified each with us and then got to work. He was very professional and when he was finished, he reviewed each item with us and confirmed that it was working properly. Thank you! A+++ service!

After contacting my Home warranty company about a small leak coming from the shut off valve to my toilet, I was put in contact with Pipe Solutions. Brooke who helped me set up the appointment was very friendly. The day of the repair I received a text that Keith was on his way which is an amazing feature. Keith was great, fixed the problem fast explained the process and was great with my curious Shiba Inu. I definitely recommend them!

My tech Adam was prompt, professional and informative. My garbage disposal was broken, so he replaced it. My sewer is backed up and couldn't be fixed, so they are sending another tech to fix that problem hopefully tomorrow. Right now I am happy with the service we received.

The service man Ken came on time to my home and he was very friendly. He showed me what was wrong with my toilet and the part that needed to be replaced. He had to go and buy the part needed, and returned with the part quickly. The repair was completed within 20 mins. He checked to make sure nothing was leaking and everything was dry. Thank you!

Adam was professional and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Overall, scheduling was quick, the customer service was great, and their pricing was the best out of 3 companies I shopped. I would definitely recommend!

The gentleman who came out to fix our water heater were so friendly and knowledgeable! They made me feel very confident that they were going to take care of the problem without any issues. They were in and out within 40 minutes and I had hot water again! Thanks so much!

Tyler was amazing. Extremely professional. He was prompt and on time. He ensured I understood what the issue was with my water heater and what was needed for repair. It took a while for the part to come in but that is no fault of Tyler’s or the company.

I had Chris P. from Pipe solutions come out to my house on warranty work for my newly purchased home. He came out about 3 times in between work orders and inspection orders.

Chris was extremely professional and explanatory. He would show me what needed to be fixed as well as explain how he was going to do it. His visits were welcome and extremely valuable. Hopefully I wont need their services for a while but I would easily recommend them.

The experience of having to take a cold shower when your water heater goes out is made more tolerable by these folks. An appointment to assess, scheduled two days from now, turned into a same day appointment when Brooke proactively suggested that she would keep me in mind if a technician became free sooner. Then Tyler made quick work of re-lighting the pilot light after he determined that the thermocouple was sitting it water due to an internal leak which likely extinguished the pilot. Waiting for the warranty company to approve a replacement two days earlier than expected. Brilliant service, and a great explanation of the problem and process by Tyler. Thanks!

Brittany went above the normal and called my home warranty company to help fix a mistake in the order details. This saved me valuable time and let me return to work without worry. She sent a technician out the same day. Adam gave me a text when he was in route to my home. Adam came out and determined the issue. He resolved what he could immediately and helped me determine the priority for what should be done in the future. I’m expecting an estimate in the next few days and I feel good about working with this team of professionals.

Highly recommend Pipe Solutions, especially Chris! He was very knowledgeable without being arrogant. He took the time to explain to me the work that needed to be done, without talking down to me. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. The work completed was high quality. Will keep their number handy for all future plumbing services I may need.

Pipe Solutions replaced our hot water heater. From the estimate to the actually installation, everything was done professionally and efficiently. Both employees that came to our house, Chris (estimate) and Kyle (installation), were extremely polite, easy to work with and respectful of our house and time. They both worked swiftly and got the job done. We spoke with two different people on the phone when we called to set up the work, Brooke was the one who was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this business.

Tyler from Pipe Solutions came to check my hot water heater. He did a great job and found a leak along with the unit being very old. Took pix and said he’d turn it in to his company.He was on time, pleasant and answered my questions. He returned the next week at the time I was told he’d be here with my new water heater. Did a great job installing it. Cleaned up any mess he made. I was so pleased with his promptness, his professionalism, and his knowledge. Before leaving he explained everything I needed to know. I would use Tyler (and Pipe Solutions) in a second if the need arose again.

Adam came out to inspect our problems, and was able to find causes for all of them in a very short time. He got two fixed quickly, and then sent the others off to the warranty company to see what they would pay. These guys seem like good people to work with, and I love their attitude!

Well, of the three that they sent to the warranty company, the warranty folks said they’d fix 1, but not the others.

Adam came back and was able to get things changed and fixed in an hour or so, and did a wonderful job of it!

I just want to comment on my experience with a phone interaction with one of the representatives. It was incredible. Very compassionate and considerate. Took the time to be attentive to my needs and every detail I was providing. I left the conversation feeling extremely optimistic about our circumstances and super motivated to solve the problem.
