I called to ask a question before I had one of their service reps to come out. The person who answered the phone said "I have no tec's that come into the office, I can send someone out to look at your fridge.....and it will cost $50.00". So I cant ask any question prior.....the only way I can is for $50.00......are you kidding me.....now that's great customer service.....stay away.....

I Macyver'd my freezer into barely working. Had a couple desk fans in the top to keep it from freezing up so I wouldn't lose some stuff. Guy came in and said it's cooling just fine. IT WAS ON LIFE SUPPORT. IF THERES A DESK FAN INSIDE THE COOING UNIT, IT IS NOT FINE. REGARDLESS OF IT COOLING. A commercial freezer that should run below 0° barely making it to 30° isn't "cooling just fine". Waste of time and money.
