We used them to trim back two trees in our back yard. They were out within a day to give a quote (during the summer). The quote was the lowest we received. We decided we needed to wait until the fall, which was not a problem. We contacted them in the fall to schedule. They were able to add us quickly because of a cancellation. And, the work they did was excellent! the trees look great. The yard was cleaned up afterward. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Clipper Tree & Landscape removed a large tree to make room for our new patio. Both the crew that cut the tree and the crew that ground out the stump did a wonderful job. They were in and out in no time and cleaned up every scrap of debris. I really appreciate the fact that they were able to do the work so quickly. They were able to come out on short notice to get the work done before construction started.

We've used Clipper now to remove several old trees and for periodic tree cleanup. They are professional, responsive and do great work, at a reasonable price. They are very good at breaking out the costs for the different items so you can "mix and match" what you do. Will continue to use them in the future for any projects we need done.

Tree removal and stump grinding both went perfectly. Ever aspect of the job was handled in an outstanding manner. Especially well done was their post work cleanup. I was also pleased with the amount of their bid for the job... significantly better than two other bids from reputable competitors.

Highly recommend Clipper Tree. We had trimming work done on several trees, and removal of a 50-60ft pine tree in a difficult to access corner of our yard. The guys did a tremendous job of skillfully and safely removing this tree. Very professional all around, and did a great job cleaning up the job site. Very impressed with their work.

These guys are excellent, professional, know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. I called on them for two challenging jobs. Several trees were encroaching on our and the next door neighbor's power lines. Also an old handsome red bud tree that provided a canopy over our deck at the back of the house had several dead branches and had other branches encroaching on the house. They did a fantastic job on both, the first making all the arrangements with Ameran and being extremely thoughtful in eliminating the encroachment while preserving the tree. The canopy formed by the red bud also was thoughtfully preserved while eliminating that which needed to go. All for a very reasonable price!

These guys were awesome. True professionals. I had a nasty tree the previous homeowner neglected that was growing between mine & my neighbors house. It was growing through the fence & through the power lines. It was also very close to my outside AC units. I got several bids and not only were they the most fair, they were the most professional. There’s a reason they have higher reviews than most other tree service companies. I thought about not mentioning this, but I think it bodes even better of their service. They did such a precise job they had to get very close to my freon lines and accidentally nicked one. They had an HVAC professional out first thing the next morning to repair. Having worked in the service industry I understand mistakes are made and the most important thing is how you handle it after. Long story short, I would highly recommend this company for any of your tree needs.

We love our old Elm tree, and the team did a fantastic, careful job of trimming the branches clear of our house and roof. They were on time, with good communication, and competitive pricing. They cleaned up everything, including yard debris from a storm a few weeks ago. This was a total surprise, and we appreciated it! We plan to have them back to help us clear out an overgrown patch of our yard where an old shed was taken down.

Had my trees all trimmed this week and was very impressed with Clipper. Their team of trimmers were very professional and made sure I was happy with what they were doing and when they were finished. They did a fantastic job and will definitely use them again.

We used Clipper Tree & Landscape about 3 years back to trim trees and build a landscape on our side yard and prepare it for us to plant bee and butterfly garden. They did an exactly job, knew what they were doing and had great communications. They just came back to trim the same trees again and as with us were astonished at how fast they grew. I will not say they are cheap but I’ve not found anyone in this line of work to be so. They are as reasonable as others and do great work. We will continue to use as need.

We were extremely pleased with the entire tree trimming process. Joe and his crew were a pleasure to work with as well as Meghan and Daren. The sycamore tree we have is ginormous, but everything went without a problem and the results exceeded our expectations.

We were extremely pleased with Clipper Tree. They were able to get out and give us (an extremely reasonably priced) estimate within a few days and gave plenty of heads up on when they were planning on removing some precarious branches. They took care of all of the branches and left my yard looking even better than before.

I had a two-story tall section of a 100 year-old shingle oak tree fall in my Webster Groves backyard after a storm. Clipper Tree & Landscape responded quickly with a very knowledgeable & reasonable bid from Erik. At 9 am sharp on that next Monday morning, a crew of smiling young men arrived with professional equipment & attire. Within 30 minutes, they had cut, carried, raked and blown away all evidence of the damage. They worked as a team and used safety equipment so I wasn’t nervous someone would get injured on my property. No one was standing around during the job. All four guys worked hard beginning-to-end. Clipper is very up-to-date with easy to use email communication to make it simple for me to review my proposal, approve it, and pay for completed work. All of my calls and emails were quickly answered by Emily. I am very pleased and highly recommend Clipper Tree & Landscape.

Clipper provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They provided a free detailed estimate in a timely manner and scheduled within the time frame that they promised. Their bid was very competitive and communication with them was very easy and open. They showed up at the date and time agreed to with new looking equipment and two very professional and knowledgeable employees. The work completed was thorough and clean up was done well. One of our neighbors even mentioned to us how impressed she was with the extent of their work. We experienced a small issue with damage to a couple of shingles that occurred during the trimming and they also handled that extremely well; they followed up quickly and went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Clipper Tree!! I originally called on a Saturday.. after we had a big storm. (I wasn’t thinking of all of the trees that had been knocked down in surrounding areas.) I wasn’t expecting a call back until Monday but I received a call that night from Ted explaining they had been swamped and that’s why it took so long to return my call! I was surprised!! Ted is extremely nice and knowledgeable. When the work was being done the workers were great to communicate with me if they needed to. If we ever need any tree work done I will definitely use Clipper Tree and will refer any family or friends to them!!

Recently, Clipper pruned and raised the canopy of our Elm and Red Maples trees. Even though this was covered thoroughly in the proposal I had accepted, they discussed with me before, during and after, the work to be done/and done, to ensure we were all on the same page, and that I was pleased with the result. The work they did on both trees far exceeded my expectations: they brought balance and symmetry to the trees. While the limbing up was somewhat drastic, per my expectations, (and needed for the trees' health) it was done so expertly that one could hardly tell what was taken out where. All of the arborists wore hardhats the entire time - something I rarely see with other tree companies' employees, and cleaned up beautifully. Great company!

Would highly recommend Clipper Tree Service. They did a fantastic job, everything was cleaned and picked up. Very professional and polite employees. They even reset my bird bath in the yard. Great group of people. They don’t try any funny business where the job is one thing, then it’s another. They are very knowledgeable, very professional, they show up on time and stay until the jobs done. And price wise it’s both reasonable, and consistent. Unless something crazy happens these are my tree people for as long as I have trees

This is the third time I’ve hired Clipper, and they are outstanding. They just removed 3 trees from my yard, and did so safely and efficiently. One tree posed a threat to my house, so they came and trimmed it for me before the start date of the project. The project took days, and the crew went out of their way to clean up after each day’s work. The crew was considerate of my neighbors, and made sure to clean up debris from their property as well. At the end of the project, there was not one stick left behind. Ted is exceptionally knowledgeable, and gave me great advice. Meghan is very helpful and available to answer questions.

I thought they did a great job! The quote was a fair price. What impressed my most though was they was a small problem where a branch fell on my kids' toy-box out side and put a small hole in it. I received a call from them before I even got home from work to let me know about the damage and that they would take care of it. Mistakes and accidents happen. What I appreciate is being told about it right away and rectifying the situation.
