Inflates labor charge, doesn't coordinate time with tenant well and charges 6 hours for dead time.
This company changed some outlets and switches, handy man work since they claimed to be able to handle some easy task since they were already there.
8 hours to build 7 screens and 11 hours to install (1) interior door (5 hour and 6 hour charge). workmanship is very lacking, almost laughable.He removed "portion" of charge for Screens because the work was not acceptable and needs to be redone
Originally charged over 4,100.
He dropped it to 3,100. for above work (not including any electric work)
charge includes home depot run, (Lowes and Home Depot is less than 10 minutes away from property address)Official response from representative 15.05.2026 11:28Realistically the only rebuttal MR. Jong deserves to his review is that he doesn't want to pay for work after he request to have it done. He is a bait and switch buyer. Hire you for a small job pay you. The request you to do a larger job and do everything he can to have to pay you. His descriptions are incomplete and deserve no additional response. -
