Inflates labor charge, doesn't coordinate time with tenant well and charges 6 hours for dead time.
This company changed some outlets and switches, handy man work since they claimed to be able to handle some easy task since they were already there.
8 hours to build 7 screens and 11 hours to install (1) interior door (5 hour and 6 hour charge). workmanship is very lacking, almost laughable.

He removed "portion" of charge for Screens because the work was not acceptable and needs to be redone

Originally charged over 4,100.
He dropped it to 3,100. for above work (not including any electric work)
charge includes home depot run, (Lowes and Home Depot is less than 10 minutes away from property address)

This my second review as my first post I was disappointed in the service. Since then the company decided to fix the issues at no cost. I appreciate the management reaching out to me and getting this done. Would I use them again, absolutely. Thank you

The gentleman I talked to was very pleasant and very helpful and when he found out that the problem we were having was with a commercial toilet list that had just been installed he was saying that's not the type of work that he does and he gave me a recommendation to somebody and he was very helpful and I would recommend calling him and at least checking out his service.

Very responsive - I called after hours about replacing hot/cold valves for my washing machine, and he was here the following afternoon. Very friendly and worked quickly. Will definitely use him in the future!

I got a postcard in the mail from this company and I'd seen their truck working on my street. I requested a quote and they came out to take a look with an online quote coming later. I had a few questions and asked for the name of the customer down the street so I could ask my neighbor about their experience. I never got that info. I also never got an updated quote despite my repeated requests. Their initial quote was amongst the least expensive but I was requesting more work be added and they never responded! I don't want to id the estimator by name, but I will say that I'm disappointed in their lack of response.

Frank replaced my 22 year old water heater. It hadn't stopped working, but I knew it was on its last legs. Frank was able to schedule me for 4 days later. The price was excellent and so was the service. I would highly recommend him. He's an independent. Not a big flashy van and advertising. Won't see him on TV or hear him on the radio. Not a fleet of vehicles . Just a solid, qualified plumber who got the job done.

Contacted on Monday and at my house today, Wednesday. Had a faulty bathtub leaking faucet. Replaced it and as good as new.

This company was sent directly from heaven and I mean literally!!! Paul and Brian have come to my home twice immediately if there was any issue. They just hooked up something for me and weren't even going to charge me. These men truly care about people and making sure their service is tip top! Thank you so very much!!! A+

FS Plumbing was very easy to work with. I explained the problem, he gave me an estimate. I called around for other estimates and his undercut the other's, one company was about 30% more - that's a lot!

We agreed on a date and time for the repair. He arrived as agreed, answered 101 questions I had (not all related to the repair he was there for), did a great job, cleaned everything up before he left and charged what he estimated.

I definitely recommend him and will call him first if I ever need a plumber again.

Frank was quick to reply to my initial request for an estimate and kept up timely communications until the job was done. He was very courteous and professional and just a fun guy to talk to. Frank used high quality materials, his is work was impeccable and very fairly priced. He even left the work area cleaner than what it was when he got here. I cannot say how incredibly disappointed I am with Bone Dry Roofing. If you have a leak and you're not sure where it's coming from... The last thing I would do is call these guys. They swindled me out of thousands of dollars. I had a leak coming into my living room so I had them come out. They assured me the leak was due to an issue with my roof and I signed with them and paid thousands of dollars to have this area repaired. Since then, water has been coming into my house and the exact same location. I had them out to take a look at it and they told me that the leak was due to the tuckpointing and masonry needing updating. They are recommending I pay thousands of dollars to have the tuckpointing fixed. It seems like the roof didn't need to be fixed at all and I paid thousands of dollars for no reason. I am very upset as they have a guarantee for their work but are claiming that this does not fall under that since it's a separate issue. The leak in my house is In the exact same spot as it was when they originally came out to diagnose the issue. They cannot be trusted, and I would use anyone else.

My main water valve starting leaking so Frank from F.S. Plumbing was quick to respond with a price and time the next day (was even able to make it out on a Saturday)! Frank stayed in touch to update me for time and ETA of his arrival. He was able to fix our problem and was super knowledgeable about all of our plumbing needs. He was nice enough to take a look at our kitchen faucet that also had a slow leak to help diagnose that problem. Great local small business that works hard to make sure customers are treated right. Highly recommend!

We needed soffit repair due to house sparrows causing damage as well as modification to our downspout.
David did the repair and was great. He was a pleasure to deal with and didn't do any unnecessary replacement of gutters.
We believe the pricing was fair for the work performed. We recommend them highly.

Called FS plumbing to replace hot/cold water valves for washer and got an immediate response. Frank was great and he was able to give me an estimate promptly which I greatly appreciated. A different plumber quoted me a much higher price. Frank arrived on time with the replacement parts needed and did an excellent job fixing the valves without any issues. If you are looking for an experienced, honest, and reasonably priced plumber then FS plumbing is the one to call.

Talked about my needs through yelp, and gave me an immediate estimate on a Sunday. Haven't used his service yet, but gett an estimate this fast and easy is huge!
