I called a Locksmith Services number seen online and explained I had some simple adjustments needed for 2 interior door locks. I did not say anything about an emergency. A locksmith called and established when he would arrive. The adjustments were accomplished in 30 minutes. The online description established an estimate would be made after arrival and review of the problem - no estimate was offered. The final bill included a visitation fee, an emergency fee and then an inordinately large service fee doubled because of the 2 locks. The total cost was incredibly high for the services rendered. I asked for a refund of at least the emergency fee and received no response. I would question everything from this type of online service. The work accomplished was done well but the 'hidden' fees were outrageous.

Not only is Carlos an ACTUAL LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER who lives IN O'Fallon... he accommodated our repair into his schedule very quickly, he was very friendly, and completed the job very quickly.
We are very satisfied with his work.
I strongly urge you to consider CPR Locksmith for all of your home and auto key/lock needs.

I can't praise this guy Carlos enough! Prompt, professional, clear, personable and competent!
Just prior to him showing up, my electric car was acting difficult. Though he was finished making a key for me, Carlos stuck around, skimmed the owner's manual, made a few calls, spent about an extra 30 minutes - at no charge - and resolved the other, unrelated issue.
Again, a wonderful experience with a wonderful man!
