I called a Locksmith Services number seen online and explained I had some simple adjustments needed for 2 interior door locks. I did not say anything about an emergency. A locksmith called and established when he would arrive. The adjustments were accomplished in 30 minutes. The online description established an estimate would be made after arrival and review of the problem - no estimate was offered. The final bill included a visitation fee, an emergency fee and then an inordinately large service fee doubled because of the 2 locks. The total cost was incredibly high for the services rendered. I asked for a refund of at least the emergency fee and received no response. I would question everything from this type of online service. The work accomplished was done well but the 'hidden' fees were outrageous.

The patio is beautiful. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Plus the men picked up at the end of each day. The crew were consider it and polite.

Done Right was a great company to work with. Other companies would come to quote and would take a month to give me the actual quote. Done Right came and quoted everything within an hour. Mark did a great job working with me to update my quote in a timely manor. He also made suggestions on landscape and draining. We wanted a specific type of rock and they were able to fine exactly what I was looking to achieve. I will for sure reach out to them on future projects.

The team came out to resolve a water run off issue from our neighbor and also included a few improvements (pad for shed, sod, redo downspouts). The team was amazing in their professionalism and did everything to finish the job in the best way. We are so happy with the job they did and the team was so friendly!!!

I had an old stone retaining wall of 55 years, which was literally crumbling and needed to be replaced. I had several companies come out and provide estimates. Done Right, however, provided the estimate along with all of the detailed information to complete the project. Everything that I discussed with Adam Rose, our DRL Consultant, was included in the bid. And I liked the idea of describing the various steps towards how the project was going to be completed. We were all on the same page, materials were ordered and the project was completed. I was impressed how professional Jeremiah, Raul and Joshua got the job done. At the beginning of each day, we huddled for a few minutes, discussed progress and went to work.

The new retaining wall is beautiful and functional. The work exceeded my expectations. It was a real job to demo the old wall, but the team did it. I could not have done it myself; no way!. And the choice of stone compliments the rest of my house. I am impressed with the courtesy and pride DRL takes in the work they do.

Three guys knocked out our project in less than 4 days of work. We were shocked at the speed and quality of work by Armando, Ernesto, and Rogelio. The quote process was clear and simple - they were patient with our questions and requests.

The only thing we would have preferred is more of a heads up when they were starting and progress updates along the way. If not each day, then just a general estimate for each step would have kept us from guessing what was coming next or when weather delays might be coming. They were very responsive and communicative about everything else and like I said, the job was done very quickly. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and the overall turnout.

The experience has left us re-imagining what else is possible with our yard and how we might sign these guys up for another project in the future. Highly Recommend!

Done Right installed a beautiful patio under our deck! The team of Luis, Emiliano, Oscar and David was a hardworking crew and great to work with. The entire organization from top to bottom emphasized wanting to make the customer happy. They even came back several times to do touch-ups we requested. Adam Rose helped us conceptualize the design of our project and Adam Callison came to inspect and ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend Done Right!

Adam Rose visited and put a proposal together to completely redo all of our landscaping and install multiple french drains. Done Right also redid all of the drainage pipes from every downspout. Adam and the entire team were very professional and courteous. I am extremely happy with the work and result. The crew was really good and the team leader took ownership of all of the tasks, adding his own input to our original plans and seeing that everything was completed correctly. There was really good communication from everyone at Done Right, even calling on days that the weather would prevent them from working. I am a do-it-yourself person and it was hard to hand this large project off to anyone other than myself, but Done Right quickly made me happy I decided to hire them.

Our landscaping project was just completed. I have to say that I am so pleased with the results! From the very beginning to the completion I have been very impressed. Everyone from the office staff, to the Project manager-Kyle, and especially the work crew!!, were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. I can’t say enough how hard working and thorough the work crew were. Absolutely love the finished project!!

We contacted Justin Sheehan at Done Right landscaping about a drainage problem in our back yard. He and Mike Hayes. the project manager, worked up a plan to get all of our run off to the storm sewer which is three houses away. After a few alterations The crew, headed by Armando, began to dig a 320 foot trench by hand to the sewer for the installation of the drain line. At the same time on the other side of the yard they installed a stone catch basin and drain. They were the hardest working three men I have ever seen. The job was completed on time and under budget. It looks great, they left the jobsite spotless. would call again.

They did a great job doing the flagstone patio area. This should also help with the drainage issue we had in that area.

Id personally never hire them again. We bought our home knowing our backyard needed to be redone. They came in and discussed removing old sand and rocks in the backyard and replacing it with soil and planting seed. Our project manager was Jeremiah who I later found out was new. The project was completed and Jeremiah came by for a final walkthrough. I explained to him that the sand was supposed to be removed and there were clearly spots that werent. He brushed it off and didnt offer a solution so I figured I’d just fix it myself since he wouldnt, and reach out to the company. I spoke to them numerous times and could not get a call back from any manager regarding my problem. After 2 weeks I finally got ahold of someone and was told they could reimburse me for the extra supplies that I had to buy but that was all. I was also told Jeremiah was new and unfortunately we were the “ guinea pigs” for him and he learned a lot from us. I dont believe I should be a guinea pig for a company while spending thousands of dollars. This was all done I believe in March and we are still trying to fix what they didnt. I am upset by their lack of help and wish they would have fixed their mistakes. The picture posted is of the sand they were supposed to remove. They planted grass seed over all of this sand.

Mark Drennen and his crew are awesome to work with. They are prompt, specific, and talanted. They do an amazing job and they always clean up after themselves. It was a great experience. If you have landscaping needs you should give them the opportunity.

After seeing a couple landscaping projects installed by Done Right Landscapes in our neighborhood we decided to get a bid from them for our home. We needed our old landscape stones removed and replaced with an upgraded wall and stones more to our liking. Done Right responded quickly to our request and we came to an agreement on design and price after which the work started in a timely manner. Our crew, Armando, Ernesto and Rogelio took the time to ensure that all materials were to our liking and matched what we selected before starting the work. They obviously take great pride in their work and performed the installation in accordance with the comprehensive plan presented by Done Right to us before work started. Armando would occasionally ask us if their work was to our liking as they progressed and would bounce ideas off us pertaining to minor changes that needed to be made to facillitate existing utility entrances etc. Our salesperson, Cody Roderique and project manager Mike Nelson took great pains to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome and will certainly take advantage of Done Right Landscapes variety of services in the future.

Done Right Landscapes successfully completed an extensive landscaping project that included a paver patio, block stairs with handrails, new landscape beds with plants, stair and landscape bed lighting, gutter drains, grading, sodding, and tree plantings. The entire Done Right team was very committed to customer satisfaction from the development of a detailed quotation to minor changes as the project progressed. Antonio and his crew welcomed our involvement in the details of the installation and was mindful of our neighbors by cleaning the street after every workday. It was very apparent that Done Right takes pride in their work. The only change we would have made is hiring Done Right to prepare a detailed design drawing. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and highly recommend Done Right Landscapes.

I am very pleased with the services I received from Done Right. I have hired the company to regrade about 10,000 sf in my house back yard. They knocked it out in two days. They also accommodated my scrutiny for something that was not done to my expectation, and they corrected it, at no additional charge. I also noticed that they have done above and beyond services, that I am very pleased with. It is fitting to mention that they left a clean site, despite the 50 yard of top soil they hauled in. They gave me a fair price, not the lowest I got, not the highest either. I hired them as a first timer, and I would hire them again.

There is one thing that I would suggest that they could improve on, that is keeping the client informed about the schedule. I will not give them a three star just because of this though. Their courtesy, professionalism, hard work and accommodations makes up for that. I am sure I will give them a solid Five Star in the future with no blemish.

In November we had Done Right Landscapes remove our 30+ year old retaining wall (railroad ties) and they replaced it with a new, two tiered stone retaining wall. Adam Rose was our first contact. He was attentive to our ideas and guided us in the process of deciding on the scope and materials of the project. We really appreciated his help and guidance. Christian Rieger was our project manager. He was on the job site daily and made sure the progress was exactly what we wanted. There were a few minor changes along the way, and that is a testimony to their desire to exceed our expectations. Junior was the team leader. He and the workers were thorough, conscientious, hard working and attentive to details. They left the project site clean and tidy after each day's work. We highly recommend their work and will call them again we we're ready to tackle another project!

Very pleased with Done Rights communication, work and results. Very timely and informative. We had major drainage issues in our front and back yard. Our French drain and drainage have been great so far. Would highly recommend their team and use for further projects!!
