John really helped me out. I used another company to clear my line and was told there was a major issue that would need to be fixed. John did my initial home inspection so I called his company back to ask questions. He came and looked through my line again and was able to verify that there wasn’t a problem with my line and that the other company did not provide the service I paid for. I really appreciate the honesty and transparency of this company and helping me when I need it.

Great company to work with. We needed a sewer inspection prior to purchasing a house and John was very accommodating and educated us on what to look for. He went out of his way to make the scheduled time and we greatly appreciate that.

These guys were awesome! Originally thought I had a busted sewer line, thankfully these guys were recommended to me and they were able to come in and find the "root" of the problem. Easily got another appointment scheduled for them to come out and hydro jet my line getting all the roots out. They gave me some recommendations and were very professional. I'll be using them again the next time and recommend them to anyone. They tell you how it is, no BS no 2nd opinion needed.

I can’t say enough about the team at Sewer Doctors. They are friendly, informative, efficient, and so so good at what they do. If you hear bad news from someone else in regards to your main line, call them. Make sure you have Sewer Doctors come by and verify, or prove that other company wrong.

I can’t thank Sewer doctors enough for their hard work and expertise. I have a client whose home is under contract and the only think we needed to close was a sewer scope from the house to the city. I called two other sewer companies to help out and unfortunately both failed. Neither one could make it to the city sewer but both charged for their time and work. Justin with Sewer Doctor came by and in no time flat he was able to scope the line all the way to the city. He did such a great job I can not thank him enough.

John did our sewer line inspection on our first home. He provided timely feedback, professional advice, and gave us a clean bill of health for our sewer line (whew!). He was very personable and answered all questions we had. John sent us HD video of our sewer line inspection as well. It was clear video with great audio. (John was also a giant hunk of man. No, he definitely did not tell me to include that in my review). I would use the Sewer Doctors again!

Justin helped us navigate an issue on a house we are considering purchasing. We requested a scope but due to corrosion, he couldn't even get the camera in place. He very generously charged us only for a service call, and he answered tons of questions and offered recommendations for next steps too. In terms of scheduling, Linda was awesome too-- super customer service and very responsive.

I could not be any more pleased with company's service! Sewer Doctor is great. We had called another company to resolve an issue. Their solution was dig the line up and fix it for $10,000 because they could not hydrojet it. We called Sewer Doctor for a second opinion. With just a few days they had the line 100% clean and videoed all of the way to the main sewer line for the city for less than $1000. Sewer Doctor is my "go to" drain cleaning company now!

John, Jordan, and the whole family are always a true joy to work with. I have been selling real estate in the Kansas City area for 7 years and will only use them. They are always on time, extremely professional, and always make my clients (and myself) feel comfortable with everything before leaving an appointment. 10/10 for the sewer doctors!

They were great. Quick response to my inquiry. Could get me on their schedule within a week. Half the price of a large plumbing company in the area which was great as I was hydro-jetting as preventative maintenance. They only need an hour from knocking on my door to pulling out of my driveway.

They will be my go-to for any line cleaning or scoping needs.

Amazing team. The callers were very friendly and quick to get back to me and walk through all of my questions. The actual repairman was also super friendly, answered all of our questions and was very respectful of our space, it didn't feel invasive at all which can be hard if you have pets like us. No hidden fees and no attempts to tack on extra services. Highly recommend
