My furnace was not putting out heat, just cold air. Jennifer Floming was able to me an appointment the Monday we had the snow and freezing weather. Bobby was the tech and he was very professional and friendly and took care of my furnace.

Two very skilled technicians came and fixed what was faulty. However the second person said we needed to get it cleaned and serviced, I guess by scheduling a third visit. Seems it might have been done by either of them. AC running great.

Replacing your HVAC unit is both expensive and overwhelming. After getting estimates from 5 other companies Advantage Air was an easy choice. Everyone that I talked to was so kind and helpful as I went through the process of finding the right system to fit my needs. Troy was wonderful to work with when deciding on the right unit and everyone I talked to in their office was incredibly friendly and accommodating when scheduling the install or answering questions.They didn't try to upsell or pressure me with add-ons .The techs were professional and worked quickly.Bobby, Tyson and Mike were fantastic to work with on the day of the install and would highly recommend Advantage Air to anyone in need of HVAC repairs or replacement.

I called on a hot Sunday night, and the tech was at my door at 8:00 a.m. the next morning - right on time. It was a relatively easy fix, and he had me up and running within 20 minuets.

I've been using Advantage Air for more than twenty years and their expertise is second to none. AA is professionally run by kind and knowledgeable folks that treats customers fairly. I recently had my furnace go out and they explained while they could certainly fix the unit, they recommend replacement as the unit was 25+ years old. They did not want to see me put good money after such an old furnace. They were able to replace the unit the next day and hauled away the old unit. Couldn't be more pleased and will continue to utilize AA for all my HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone I can.

We appreciate how fast the company was able to come out and check our ac unit. We called at 3:20 pm today due to our ac unit that stopped blowing air or heat. They were able to come out and look at it within 30 minutes of the call. Mike was a very nice guy who was able give us a lot of information and helped tremendously.

Bobby was our tech and he came out and was able to get our spring check done in a timely and professional manner. He also figured out how to fix our fan function that we were previously told would take replacing the system to fix! Highly recommend Advantage Air and thanks, Bobby!

I called Advantage Air on a Saturday at 10:13am. A technician, Troy, called me back at 10:26am. Troy was at my house by 11:00am and had replaced a burnt out capacitor and checked the performance of my HVAC system by 11:30am. Total cost: $522.79.

The woman I called was pleasant. Troy, the gentleman who fixed the issue, was a nice guy who worked quickly/efficiently and answered all my questions.

Our heater started acting up late last night.We called first thing this morning and they came out the same day and fixed it.Great service really appreciate the help!!

I woke up Sunday morning to my house temperature at 55 degrees and immediately started calling HVAC companies. After contacting about 10 places, Advantage Air, L.L.C. was the only one that could come out by 10 a.m. Bobby was absolutely amazing. By the time he began servicing the furnace, the temperature in my house had dropped to 52 degrees, but he didn’t rush the job. He stayed to make sure the thermostat climbed back up to at least 56 before leaving. He also took the time to patiently answer all of my technical questions about furnaces, especially my own system. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you—I’ll definitely be recommending Advantage Air to everyone in my village.

Troy and Kayla arrived on time for the estimate appointment and provided a reasonable bid on the job. I hired them and they were able to quickly replaced the furnace. The technician, Bobby, is very knowledgeable and díd the furnace installation ín a satisfactory amount of time and did a great cleanup job. Highly recommend!
