Approx 5 years ago they were ok but since it's been awful. When they have broken many of my solar lights which I never said anything about when they weed eat. When they mulch they just weed eat the weeds first throwing more weeds throughout making the weeds ten times worse when they come back. When they spray it must be watered down because it doesn't control the weeds. Mulch is supposed to be raked to get air and sun to the mulch underneath otherwise it creates a lot of mold which then rots the plants and also creates fungus knats. They just throw mulch on top of old mulch. They have since killed seven rose bushes because of the fungus and hacked down the grass too far or at wrong time because it hasn't grown right since. You can't speak to them unless you know Spanish because none of them seems to speak English to be able to point things out you have to call Julie and she has become very rude because I've complained but I'm complaining because it looks horrible and our subdivision has to pay for it not the one that hires them. Actually he is the one who told me to call you. Also we all pay for this service in our HOA dues. We also own the property one of them is on but it is the HOA funds that are supposed to maintain it. You were rude when you answered the call to begin with. Maybe if better communication I wouldn't have to put this post up. Latest edit. Now a tree fell because it was rotted at the roots because of over mulching called volcano mulching. I had a certified tree arborist confirm this also. It was like the one across street.

A. Lopez Landscaping has been very reliable and responsive to any last minute needs we might have had. Their prices are reasonable and they are quick to reply to any questions.
Most of the work that he did was good. They cut down a large tree and I said that they could hide the branches behind the dam, where they couldn't be seen but they are a distance from the house where they can be seen and it is not a pretty site. Then I paid $300.00 extra to have small trees cut off of the dam so the roots would not cause leaks in the dam. He did not do that and when I call to remind him that he did not do that he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about ( if he didn't know then why did he take the money) and whated a picture sent to him but he did not send me his email address and since then he will not answer my calls. So I am out $300.00 and have to hire someone reliable. Oh, I almost forgot that he was supposed to kill the weeds in large ditch that I have by the road, there is a small strip down the center that is dead and tall weed along the road and along my yard where the lawn mower can not go. So now I have had to spend another $100 for chemicals and labor to have that done. So all I can say is be sure to check everything before he leaves and if it is something where you can't see the results, such as weed killing, hold money back until you see results.
My lawn mower broke and with all the rain we’ve been getting the grass was so high. Mr. Lopez came out that day took a look and was back the next morning. Did a great job, very efficient and very reasonably. I will definitely give him a call again if I need him.
