Chad was professional and prompt. He was a good communicator and included me in the service of my basement drain. By watching the camera in the line I could see for myself exactly what was going on. I will call him next time we have a plumbing issue.

WARNING: MAY BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I tried calling, it went to voicemail, but the voice mailbox is full... Kind of difficult to use a business that won't take your calls. And I understand you may be busy doing jobs during the day, but if you don't have someone to answer your phones or at the very least, keep your mailbox empty and available for potential customers to request a bid, how do you expect to stay in business? Maybe you're no longer in business? I don't know, I wish I did...

My place was out in St. Charles County. This office was very professional and extremely kind. He transfer me to another Rooter plumber contact in OFallon, Mo. I truly appreciated the time spent with me. I will be contacting him again for further improvements in my South County home. Wish the the best. It completely turned my distress in our success.

I called Jim on a Saturday afternoon asking for help with a shower faucet that would not shut off. He explained he was 100 miles out of town, but would call another plumber to assist. He came through and the other plumber contacted me within 15 minutes. He drove out within the hour and fixed the problem. Very nice, polite, and will definitely keep this info in my urgent file contacts!

Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Showed up right on time, was thorough and efficient. I had a unique problem and he was able to fix it going above and beyond. Thank you!!! Highly recommended.

Faucet in my bathroom tub broke and water wouldn't stop running. Called about 6 times in 9 hours and just keep getting told they are reaching out to the tech. I finally got a call at almost 1 am telling me they can't get a tech out. Would never recommend to anyone.

He took the time to explain exactly what he found to be my concern, how he would repair it, showed photos of his repair, cleaned the work area even when I told him I would and stayed until he confirmed my repair was completed and completed correctly. Was quoted $795 for the first hour $455 an hour after that for an emergency call.

I have many plumbers over the years try to repair our kitchen sink. It has caused flooding in our kitchen several times since our remodeling. This happened again--we reached out to Linek for the first time. The plumber was very nice and patient ---found multiple problems. I know this created a strain on the companies scheduling--but he took the time to repair all of the problems. I believe they have ended this nightmare for us--as our kitchen finally seems to work properly. The price was fair--the service was prompt--the amount of caring was off the charts wonderful. Needed a new backflow line on my pool pump, called the office on a Friday, they came out that next Monday and knocked it out in about 20 minutes! Couldn’t be happier with the responsive and quality of work!

A truly unprofessional and unethical plumbing company, would never recommend. Asked them to come and complete a few simple plumbing tasks, they came first visit and since they had to order a part, they asked if they could complete all of the tasks when they returned with the part. I didn't realize that I would be charge for 1 hour of work even though they were there for 15 minutes. Why didn't they complete the rest of the tasks for the hour if I was being billed? After they returned, I was billed for more hours than actual work so I needed up paying 3 hours of work for less than 2 hours of actual work. Plus, you get charged a service visit twice!! The plumber looked like he might have a medical event in my home, he was breathing so heavily it was disturbing. We have had continued issues with their repair work, we decided to call another plumbing company in and have had a good outcome with another company. Avoid this company.

Linek was great! I was able to quickly schedule a service call for a leaky shower, and the plumber was able to diagnose the problem and had the parts to fix it all in one trip. They will be my first call next time I have any sort of plumbing issue. Thanks!!

Linek Plumbing was very professional in making our plumbing appointment. Jake the plumber they sent to take care of our plumbing issues was here 10 minutes ahead of his scheduled time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about the plumbing problems we had. Jake made the repairs in no time at all. I would recommend Linek Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

My water main decides to break on a Sunday morning. Multiple calls to multiple plumbers. Earliest anyone can come out is three days. I come across Linek and call them. Kayla immediately answers. Her guy is finishing up another job but can be there today. About an hour later Ken pulls up and gets to work! A couple of hours later the water main is fixed and we have water again! Linek is my new go to when I need plumbing!

The company was easy to schedule with. Ken came out 10 minutes early and was done in under an hour. He was upfront with costs. Even with my dog actively being a jerk, he was calm and professional. The toilet has never looked better. Would absolutely recommend!
