    They did a fabulous job! I lost two of my ornamental cherry trees (very sad). Ted, the arborist came out and was very knowledgeable. They removed the trees and and stumps and put in a mature cherry and a redbud (for some variety at Ted's suggestion). They were efficient, did a great job, and cleaned up the areas very well. I am so pleased with the work and my trees.

    While they did a great job trimming and cleaning things up, they did a subpar job at the deer repellent steps I paid for. I paid for them to plant my 3 brand new Northern Red Oaks and take steps to prevent deer damage. As a supposed tree expert company they would have known Northern Red Oaks are particularly tempting to deer. They installed a flexible, skimpy net around each tree that was maybe 3 feet tall directly around the base of the tree which did absolutely nothing to protect them. One buck got his horn stuck and pulled the whole tree out, dragging it across my lawn. The 2 trees in front had all their branches bitten off except the top center one. They were also all rubbed up against so now they lean like they're drunk. If I had known that what they did was not enough, I would have said something and I didn't realize the extent of the damage done until spring. Now I'm out 2 trees. The only one that survived, which is the one in the backyard apparently survived by sheer luck.
