Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Nebraska

4C Construction replaced my front porch wood railing and wrapped the posts all with maintenance free material. I'm very happy with the quality. It looks beautiful! From the start, Bo the owner, was very professional and reliable. I was actually going to go with someone else initially but they were so unreliable and didn't show up when they said they would. I contacted Bo again and he came out and within a week, the job was done. You can count on him and his team to do an excellent work! I highly recommend 4C and will definitely use them again for any future home construction needs!

We hired 4C Construction to renovate our kitchen and basement after a water pipe break left those areas of our home a disaster. Bo is the nicest person you would ever want to do business with and kept us informed of what work was scheduled every step of the way. The crew with 4C Construction are professional and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves every day that they were there, and their quality of work is outstanding. We will be hiring 4C Construction again for future home projects. I highly recommend them and would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

In my experience dealing with contractors, 4C Construction is a professional and trustworthy company that provides quality workmanship and exceptional service. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish! Very prompt and efficient with their time. Took care to keep the rest of the house clean, always left the work area tidy at the end of the day. Very knowledgeable, had great ideas and were able to adjust easily when things would take an unexpected turn. Excellent craftsmanship, paid attention to the details and had a thorough understanding of the entire project. Would definitely use 4C again!

This is a wonderful construction team. I've been renting from these guys since 2017 and they have always been very professional. They do an excellent job with maintentance and repairs. They are beyond amazing. When I report maintenance issues they always come out within 48hrs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

4C Construction did a great job for me with some tuck pointing, repairs, new windows, some painting and added a vent for the bathroom. They went over and above and cleaned up too. I highly recommend their work!

4C Construction installed windows in my home. They are professional and do great work. Installation was done for four windows in 5 hours including lunch break. Area was left clean. Great communication for owner before and after service was provided. I would definitely recommend.

New roof installed and the crew did an amazing job. Contractor Bojan Ninkovic was very pleasant to work with and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend this company for any home improvement project.

4C was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Bo maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, which was crucial, since we were managing the project from another state. Final product was incredible, and everyone that works at 4C (special shout out to Keith for managing the day to day work!), and with 4C, from the painter to the electrician, was professional and kind, and did amazing work. Can’t say enough wonderful things about 4C. Highly recommend this company! 10++ stars!

We had 4C repair our deck stairs and replace our railings. They were a top-notch company to work with. Excellent communication and promptness. Definitely will recommend and use again.

My experience with 4C Construction was absolutely great. The basement remodel turned out better than expected. The installers Keith and Jose, were very professional and the attention to detail was flawless. The work area was always kept clean and the job was completed on time. Overall a positive experience and would highly recommend.

Bo and his crew are polite, discuss the plan and give suggestions, and commu irate very well. We have two other home projects to do, and we will go with 4C Construction.

Everything went smoothly from job start to finish. Bo put me in contact with the cabinet guy and we had it ordered soon after. Once the cabinet arrived, work on our small job started within two days. The workers were respectful, quiet (as can be with construction) and kept me informed on job progress. I appreciate their hard work, keeping me included on decisions and getting the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Bo and his team. Thanks all!

We had a great experience working with 4C Construction. From start to finish, their communication was clear, timely, and professional — we always knew what to expect. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a real commitment to doing the job right. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and skilled construction team.

We recently hired 4C Construction for a full home remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, communicative, and clearly committed to quality work

The project included a kitchen renovation, new flooring throughout, and two updated bathrooms. Every detail was handled with care, and the craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations. The crew showed up on time, kept the workspace tidy, and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

What really stood out was their ability to bring our vision to life while offering practical suggestions we hadn’t considered. The final product feels like a brand-new home, and we’ve already gotten so many compliments from friends and family.

Highly recommend 4C Construction to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality home remodeling services. Worth every penny!

They built a new deck for us, and we love it! They were very professional and friendly! We would recommend them to anyone! Looking forward to enjoying part of my retirement sitting on our new deck. Thank you 4C Construction!!!!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Bo at 4C Construction did on my back deck. From the initial consultation to the final board being placed, their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship were top-notch. The team was respectful, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process, making the project smooth and stress-free.

The finished deck exceeded my expectations – it’s not only structurally sound but also beautifully designed and finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I’ve already received multiple compliments, and I’m proud to say 4C Construction built it. Highly recommend!

The only contractor who provided us with alternatives to simply replacing our existing deck with the same style. Love the new design compared to what we had, Bo knew what we needed better than we did. Very effective in troubleshooting problem areas (siding was installed around the previous deck, we needed to adapt the connection to the house to match the existing siding). Responsive to concerns with outstanding and swift communication, able to adapt to unexpected changes on plans. Pricier than some of our other quotes, but well worth the extra cost in order to get the project done right.

We were so fortunate to find 4C Construction for our master bathroom remodel. After talking with several other contractor companies, we decided to go with 4C and it was the best decision we could have made. Bo and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Even when we asked if we could add some updates during the renovation, they were always supportive and gave helpful advice. We were able to customize our remodel in a way that fit our space and budget. Keith and Jose in particular were exceptional--they were always on time, communicated with us throughout the process, and were meticulous in their work. You really couldn't ask for a better company to work with and any future renovations we do will be through 4C Construction.

Bo, Jose, and the rest of the guys did a good job as expected. A few things that stood out to me over past contractors that I have hired were how well the communication was, I never was made to feel like a bother or that my questions and requests frustrated or were silly to Bo, or at least his composure didn’t show it 😆. The speed at which everything was carried out was what you hope for when you begin a renovation, but seem to never get. These guys did the job, pulled the stops to meet code and do things right, did it fast, and therefore were a solid upgrade from past contractors. Do YOUR job as a customer to clarify what you want and need, get nitty and gritty with the details so there is no mistaking what you desire, and Bo and his guys will make your vision a reality.

4C Construction just painted my kitchen cabinets a beautiful white and installed hardware. They were professional, punctual, courteous of my home, and did an excellent job! My kitchen is transformed. Bo was up front about the cost and got me on the schedule a week later. I will be using 4C for all future home projects and highly recommend them!
