Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Nebraska

4C managed a reno of old wood floor and installed new flooring of roughly 1700 feet. They also managed a new island installation. The entire project took under 2 weeks and it turned out beautifully. We were out of the country during the process and Bo texted updates the entire time. Our dogs even managed to escape and the workers helped bring them home. Good people, great service, and we will use them again for any home renovation projects.

We hired 4C Construction to finish the office restroom. Bo and his team does a great work. They are professional and easy to work with. There was meticulous attention to detail and the project is done in no time.

We are highly recommend 4C construction for anyone who need the job done right by a reliable and trustwothy contractor.

We had a concrete under deck patio and parking pad poured and it turned out great! The quality of the workmanship was noticeable throughout the process.

Bo and his team at 4C construction were beyond any expectations we had!!!
After dealing with a contractor that did everything wrong and cut corners - we were so pleased with the 4C team!

They were courteous and professional.
The team showed up on time and each day putting a full days work - and when they left at the end of each day - they never left a mess!

Communication was clear and easily understood.

All in all - 4C was courteous, friendly , professional, clean, and the CRAFTSMANSHIP is unmatched!!!

Truly would recommend and hire again!

We recently hired 4C Construction to build our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. They took our vision and brought it to life, even exceeding our expectations. The attention to detail is impeccable, and the craftsmanship is top-notch.

We now have a luxurious spa-like bathroom that we absolutely love. It's functional, beautiful, and adds tremendous value to our home.

We highly recommend 4C Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and trustworthy contractor. They truly transformed our space and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you!

We hired 4C to help with a full basement remodel and were very pleased with the experience. They communicated well, I always knew who was showing up when, so I could plan my work schedule around being home if/when necessary. We absolutely trusted their team to be in our house when we weren’t home, but did like to have an opportunity to be onsite when it made sense for our work schedules, especially to answer questions.

The work was done well, in a timely fashion, and was finished when the job was done! No loose ends, no work on our part to chase them down, to make sub contractors finish, etc. they worked around delivery and installation schedules (furniture, appliances, carpet, etc) and were easy to have around.

Would and will 100% hire them again! Trustworthy, easy to communicate with, no surprises, the estimate was the final bill, very pleasant experience and our basement looks awesome!

If you're looking for a contractor who does great work and is reliable look no further. Bo with 4C Construction was a welcomed relief after our last contractor left us high and dry. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he helped connect us to Mustang electric to get our hot tub hooked up. Him and his dad came out within a week of reaching out and designed us exactly what we wanted, a new deck, hot tub enclosure, and new concrete pads. Them and their hardworking team got it all done in a week. Thank you so much Bo for helping us with the new decks and for all your help getting the hot tub up and running. Now we can truly enjoy the summer. Will be using again in the future.

We recently had 4C Construction handle our home remodel, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to our ideas, offered creative suggestions, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations.

The craftsmanship is excellent — every finish looks high-quality, and the whole project was completed on schedule. They also kept the workspace clean and were respectful of our home. It’s hard to find a crew this reliable and easy to work with!

I highly recommend 4C Construction to anyone considering a remodel or renovation. We absolutely love our updated home!

started over on bathroom and then finished bathroom. turned out great

Sean did a great job with our shower remodel. His pricing is fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I would highly recommend him for any work needed.

Bob and David were extraordinary. We couldn’t have chosen a better team to refinish our basement. They were always punctual and polite and professional. Bob and Dave felt like family. They showed lots of respect and integrity throughout the process.
I would definitely ask them many times over to do other work for us.

Outstanding service!
Very knowledgeable and helpful. He is as able to resolve the mechanical issues immediately. Not overly pricey.
Professional!!
Above beyond!

Great HVAC service. Several years ago, my AC went out when it was over a 100 outside for multiple days. Every HVAC service I called said they'd be there in a couple weeks. Gus said he'd stop by after his scheduled jobs and see if he could get my AC up and running. He got it temporarily running and showed me how to "kick start" the AC if it failed again. A week later he was back installing a new HVAC system. Since then, I've called him a couple times for my parents and minor maintenance at my house. All I have to do is tell him I'm the guy with the Vizslas and he still remembers who I am.
