This was our first time getting our windows cleaned and it was the best thing we’ve done to our house. Fontenelle was on time, super professional, and communicated really well. Our windows look amazing! We’ll definitely use them again!

This is the first time I booked Fontenelle Window Cleaning but I will be re-booking at least twice a year if not more. My windows are clean inside and out as well as screens and windowsills cleaned. My booking was easy to do with a quick response and Cleaning within a week’s time. Eric was here on time, told me what he would do, worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend. Fontenelle Window Cleaning for what you need cleaned.

Fontenelle Window Cleaning is great. Super friendly, very responsive, and they did a terrific job on our windows! Even offered to come back if we noticed that they “missed a spot”. I’ve never hired window cleaners, didn’t know what I was missing! Highly recommend these guys, we will definitely use them again.

I was looking for a man exterior window cleaner and it was my good luck that I found Fontenelle. The customer service was outstanding, they were efficient and reasonably priced. They were thorough and did an amazing job. Going into this I was just looking for a one off, but the experience was so positive that I am going to have them come out multiple times a year to do interior and exterior windows. No need to look any further, if you want a great company to do your windows, choose Fontenelle!!!

I can be pretty picky about work completed on my home. So when I say someone did an outstanding job, they really passed the highest level of compliment in my book. The window cleaning included all the windows, frames, sills, screens and exterior doors. Wilson was thorough, efficient and meticulous! Absolutely loved our chat at the end of his work and truly appreciated his work ethic and amazing attitude. Trust the reviews! This is the WORST company. They are completely unorganized, lack all sorts of communication, and no call no show on several occasions. The employees are UNPROFESSIONAL like no other. They used broken equipment and never once cleaned to reasonable standards. Not to mention, they STOLE from our residents. (This is caught on camera). NEVER HIRE THEM.

They come to the house and don't clean anything most of the time!! Or they will do the dishes (if you have like 5 or less in the sink), and clean out the sink in your bathroom to make it look like they cleaned your house. They don't dust, rarely sweep or mop, they are supposed to supply toilet paper per the contract I am on (I've gotten 4 rolls in 5 months) so they don't do that either. HUGE WASTE OF GOVERNMENT FUNDS!! Rising View leasing office doesn't really care to assist either.

Darn Dependable Services LLC. Is a Cleaning Service Out of Bellevue , Nebraska . They came to my dad's house yesterday and did a Horrible Job Cleaning his House. He was in the Hospital for 6 Weeks wasn't even home and almost died. His Brothers and Sisters went to his house and cleaned while he was in the Hospital so his house was NOT A MESS as Sue the Owner put it to me on the Phone when we called to Complain. The Cleaning Girls told her his house was a Horrible Mess from him being in the hospital for 6 weeks. That that's why they didn't have time to Dust a SINGLE THING IN HIS HOUSE.. REALLY?? I guess that's why one of them were also having a leisurely conversation on her cell phone while trying to sweep the kitchen as well too.. See I had Already taken All the Trash Out and Watered All of My Dads Plants to Save the Ladies Time in that Area Because Those Are Things They Usually Do For Him. So They Were Suppose to Be Here for an Hour and I Think They Were Here about 45 mins.. There was Absolutely NO REASON Why They Should No Have Dusted... That's Part of Cleaning a House last I Checked.. Then I went in the Living Room and There was Potato Chip Crumbs on the Floor in Front of the Couch. So They didn't even Vaccum Properly.. They Left a Dirty Cleaning Rag with Chemicals on my Dads Dresser and Dirty Glovesvtheu used to clean with on his other dresser... He has End Stage COPD - UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!! THIS CAN MAKE HIM VERY SICK!! IT CAN SEND HIM BACK TO THE HOSPITAL!! WE ALMOST LOST HIM RECENTLY THIS IS REDICULAS!! SUE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS AT ALL!! The ladies used his Cat Box Deodorizer on his Carpet in His Bedroom INSTEAD of His Carpet Deodorizer... they also left that on his dresser too that's how we knew that. So When we called to complain and Sue The Owner from Darn Dependable Services Called Us back she Just Started Defending Her Cleaning Girls!! SHE DID NOT CARE AT ALL THAT THEY DID HORRIBLE JOB! They Lied to her about the Condition of the House and How Long They Were There Saying They Didn't Have Time to Dust Because the House was so Bad LIES!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT HANDICAPPED SENOIR CITIZEN!! SAD REALLY SAD :( See I had my own house cleaning business for 14 Years and I had a Slogan
" Where The Details Matter To Me" BECAUSE The DETAILS like dusting, cleaning the bottom of a toilet etc... MATTER!! EVIDENTLY NOT FOR THIS COMPANY!! So If You Need Cleaning Service I Would Greatly Advise You To Look Elsewhere <3 This Isn't The First Time They haven't Cleaned My Dads House Properly I Have Been Coming Back and For from Florida for a While And They Never Dust His House. Have a Great Day...

I hire a cleaning company to clean. I was told be out of the house by friday, there is no furniture or personal belongings left in the house. Basically I didn't have time to clean otherwise I wouldn't hire cleaners. I get a phone call telling me there is stuff left in the house "impossible to clean around". There is NO FURNITURE. There is just stuff to throw away, I have no time to deal with this bs and it comes with the threat of 75 dollars more for "not being out of the house". There is no reason they cannot throw away trash and clean. After all of the furniture and clothes are out there should be no reason for me going back into this house. I didn't hire cleaners so I would have to go back and clean for them.

Had to move part of my business, quickly, to a vacant bay that had not yet been cleaned since the previous occupants vacated. Booking with Darn Dependable was easy. The team arrived on time and was very professional. I am completely satisfied with their work.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Customer service is horrible. If they call it’s to either tell you to do something or to tell you that you’re in the wrong about an issue you have. We are PCSING. They had 3 days of an empty house to clean which was our 3 bedroom basehousing. Which wasn’t even that big nor horribly dirty. They made us rent a hotel room because we would be in there way. Yet they were only at our house about 4 hours a day. While we were wasting money hoping the house would be spotless, we would check in during nights and the house wasn’t even touched. I do give them credit on the bathrooms and the kitchen oven. Other than that I would NEVER spend $500+ dollars on an unreliable company. The workers were laughing and eating mcds the first time I saw them. About 5 people at the house at a time. Another thing that bothered me, I told Sue I was getting the Uhaul for our house at 10:30am the day they were suppose to start the service (keep in mind that means we have to load the truck or we will be charged from her company for being in the way) seeming as if they understood the situation, they arrived at 10:45am that day.

I had a great experience with Darn Dependable. I spoke with Sue to get my house scheduled for cleaning. I met with two ladies at my house and they did an excellent job. I thought the price was fair, I got great service and I will use them again.

We have used Darn Dependable twice a month for close to 20 years. We love them! They do a great job cleaning, they’re friendly, easy to work with AND dependable!
