I would give them no stars if I could. They were always calling me and asking me to change my doctor appointments, so they could come clean. They weren't even supposed to contact me but go through the agency that sponsored them. Horrible customer service. After reading other reviews, I am so glad I cancelled them and I'm so glad I never let them come into my house.

I have been using Darn Dependable Services for my bi-weekly house cleaning for over 2 years and love the people. They do a great job and are very responsive with requests and adapting to schedule changes. Tami is our regular cleaner and she does a great job and manages the crew exceptionally well. Our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks love it when they come and give lots of tail wags.

I had never used this company and found them on Google. Not only was the lady I talked to on the phone very polite she was extremely professional. This company does not upcharge you for a bunch of things and the price she estimated on the phone was very close to the actual price. The carpets looked new again and was very happy with the way they turned out.

Just moved in an the dryer vent appeared clogged. First provider really didn't open vent after initial & second call. I then gave Captain Clean a call. Amanda took the time to listen and provided guidance and counsel to what all the issues could be. Amanda and her son came out and went to work. They kept at it going back and forth from vent entry to vent exit at other side of home and between vents. After repeated attempts a huge amount of lint came out and then again, again and again. The amount was amazing. Our vent must have never been cleaned for 20 years it existed. Our dryer's venting is now great. And there was follow-up to make sure all was still ok. They were professional, kind, client focused, listened to what I had to say, trouble shooters and advised other issues that could be causing problems, if not vent clogged and took the time to make sure I understood and had a say in the process. Of all the repair calls I have had, this was by far the best. I am extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them.
