barry's emergency plumbing handled a big two-day job at our house when roof rats chewed through all our pipes, including the kitchen sewage line under the house and some pipes inside the kitchen wall under the sink. the odor was terrible, but edward quickly called in a remediation team and got everything set up for the next day. they arrived on time, were super friendly, honest, and worked hard. they explained everything clearly and did a really thorough job. this is my third time calling them, and every time has been a great experience—they really took away a lot of the stress from this plumbing mess!

I had a service request with a technician named Ruben from Barry's Emergency Plumbing. He was very courteous and professional. He successfully repaired the part of the water heater he was able to, and even though he couldn't fix the electrical aspect, he made sure to follow up with a phone call and expressed his apologies for not finishing the job. I would absolutely recommend their services, especially if you have plumbing issues that don't involve electrical problems like ours did.

Yesterday, my spouse got an email from our water company saying that we might have a minor water leak, according to our new smart meter. She tried to find a plumber but had no luck finding one available right away. But then she got in touch with Edward from a local plumbing service. It turned out to be a fantastic experience, as Edward was friendly, helpful and really pleasant. The plumbing service managed to send over a team the next day. Josiah and his colleague Ruben showed up at our place not just on time, but even a bit early. They were at our home for just a short while, and it turned out we didn't have a water leak. i can't praise these guys enough as they were highly professional and gave us lots of helpful information. Not only are they one of the best plumbing services in Bellevue, but Josiah told my spouse that there would be no charge for the service call. i strongly recommend these guys for any plumbing work you might need - they really go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. Also, I appreciate Josiah and Ruben for being so respectful and polite to my spouse. Very much appreciated!
