Aqua-Chem Inc. is a wonderful company with even better people working for it. Cindy is always pleasant, and Scott is incredibly knowledgeable about all things aquatics operation.

Paul helped us with more than he (literally) signed up for. He came for a kitchen plumbing issue, and just from chatting with us identified a much larger issue we were having and several ways we could fix the issue and have insurance cover it. It took a huge burden off our plates and answered so many questions we didn’t even know we had. He was friendly and easy to work with, and very easy to get a hold of. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely use him again in the future!

Paul did a great job. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He also installed a new water softener to avoid any future issues. In addition he advised us to contact him if we have any questions. Great customer service.

Brian was awesome very straightforward will use again for any drain issues. You get what you pay for. The tech that came out to run the camera was great as well very informative. Both had great advice and suggestions much appreciated 👍

Roto rooter was fantastic! Great communicating and service, especially Jed. He walked us thru every step of the way during a very stressful water leak that spanned 2 bathrooms and a family room underneath. The communication was great even between Jed and our insurance adjuster. They completed the water mitigation and demo quickly and were available to answer questions on a daily basis with super quick responses. 10/10 recommend!!!

We had Paul Keener as our technician and I can't say enough good things! He worked endlessly on our house for a few days. From installing new drain lines, to a water heater and softener and all new lines in our laundry room, he kept us well informed and explained everything very thoroughly. Would absolutely recommend him! On the final day we had Tanner (who came in on his off day) come in to help Paul and he was great as well!

I made a same day appointment with Roto Rooter and had a great experience. I was able to pick a time frame that worked best for me and the process was very user friendly. My technician Justin was excellent. He was very personable and answered all my questions and fixed my problem very efficiently. He made the whole process very easy for me!

We had repair technician Matt, he was timely and professional and very compassionate with our very curious toddler. He dedicated nearly a week with us troubleshooting and trying to figure out how to repair our water heater before we ultimately decided to retire it and get a new one. He was patient and did the best he could to ensure we were given the best prices for the parts and repairs, he even came over on his day off to try to fix it before we got it replaced just so I could have some kind of hot water for my kiddos. My family is forever grateful for Matt and the service he provided, he is by far the best and I highly recommend him for any repairs! Decent prices, timely, great communication, and didn't waste our time. Thank you Matt!

Very professional and very quick to get the job done right, highly recommended!

Had a main line overflow into my basement, called Roto Rooter at 9pm and Rafael was here by 10pm to review the issue and schedule a tech. I had also called 3 other plumbing companies claiming to be 24/7 and 2 never called back and one couldn’t get out until tomorrow afternoon. Rafael also assisted with contacting my insurance and getting a claim started as the utilities, carpet and drywall were impacted. From there James came out and opened up the line. Both Raf and James were so friendly and explained everything in detail. Will be using them again with any plumbing needs.

I’ve been with Roto-Rooter for years, would Not trade them in for nothing in the world wonderful service Jim the service guy just left topknot services. Thank you Jim For your kindness and your services. All Of Rotor Rooter’s team top notch it doesn’t get any better than Rotor Rooter!!!

Very prompt to arrive on short notice and Jim solved the drain issue quickly on a Saturday after hours. Also wiped up the floor after the service due to the winter weather tracking in water. Awesome job!
