Mason stopped by and did a fantastic job! He was very informative of the situation and was extremely friendly on top of that.

Edwin came and saved us with an emergency weekend call after having a backup. He quickly troubleshooted, determined a few courses of action, and escalated after trial and error. He was professional, efficient, and explained the process well. We can’t recommend him enough!

We had what we thought was a clog in the laundry room drain. Our technician, Cadyn, was very professional and thorough. Sometime between the time we called and Cadyn arrived the clog had cleared itself. We were not charged for the visit. That is amazing!! I had a soft water system put in today. I was really happy to see Michael Inman come to be our plumber. Not only do we like him as a person but we have seen his work before so we know it will be done right. He is an honest man so we can believe it if he says we need something added. Roto Rooter is my go to company for all plumbing needs.

Cayd was wonderful. He was friendly, got things done, explained the estimate and contacted all of the specialist that I needed to talk with.

I believe the guy who came out to help us was named Cory. He came all the way from Iowa and stayed here until about 12:30 in the morning, making sure he got our line opened for us. He went above and beyond and did a great job.

We had a huge problem with water dumping into our basement from our tub and we called and an hour later Bob came by and fixed our problem fast and efficiently! Great guy to work with and very knowledgeable on what the issue was! Highly recommend him as he has been doing this for a long time, and knows exactly what he’s doing! Thanks to Bob we have a bathroom again and a problem that was fixed efficiently with his expertise!
