I am very happy with Apollo Heating & Air's service and maintenance. Our technician, Taylor, was friendly and professional. He arrived right on time and performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our furnace.

I appreciated how he took the time to explain a few issues he discovered during the service. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my system was greatly appreciated.

Based on this experience, I will recommend Apollo to all of my friends.

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He got the work done quickly and answered all of my questions. We always get the annual plan for furnace and ac maintenance and they take good care of us. We are looking into getting their vent cleaning service done this spring as they have added that to their repertoire as well. I will be sure to leave feedback on that as well if we get it done. Apollo installed our HVAC system and today Sam came out and did our winter system maintenance check and cleaned everything up. Everyone that we’ve dealt with at Apollo have been friendly and knowledgeable. Sam was right on time and did a very thorough job. It’s great getting equipment and service from a company and people you can trust.

Apollo Heating and Air has been amazing! Our furnace quit working on Thursday night and early Friday morning they were already calling me back about an appointment to look at it. By Saturday afternoon we had a completely new furnace and ac. Everyone we've worked with has been amazing so far. From the tech that looked at our old furnace, to our sales rep Josh, to the installers Terry and Desmond, to Nick who came back the next day to fix a tiny leak, to the customer service reps we originally talked to... everyone has been so helpful and prompt. Great service!

We have used Apollo for several repairs to extend the life of our old air conditioner and furnace and have had a great experience! They make recommendations to fix what is necessary and do it quickly and efficiently. We finally purchased a new cooling and heating system when the old one quit this fall. Terry and Chase were knowledgeable and friendly and we are very happy with our new Lennox system!

Loved their service! They were quick to come out and give us a quote and the turn around time to install was extremely fast. The crew was very hard working and clean. They explained everything along the way and were just overall nice. We could tell they did things by the book and even went above and beyond.

From start to finish working with Apollo exceeded our expectations. Upon asking for service, I was contacted in a timely manner. With Josh, who did our quote, he provided detailed breakdowns of our options and was a treat to chat with. Terry and his crew when they arrived the next day were courteous of our house and provided a few more technical options on the spot to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. In the end we paid what we were quoted and are happy with the work that was done. These folks care about doing it right! Theyre a local company and pick good techs to do the job.

Trico worked with us years ago when we needed a new furnace, but also needed a budget friendly financing plan. I arranged it over the phone, setting the amount that we could affford to put down and how much we could pay monthly! It went smoothly!

Since then, we have called them for preventive maintenance and minor issues. Since we did not replace the humidifier at the time we had the new furnace installed, we had to replace it a couple of years ago... again, no problem!

They are truly a family friendly company.

Was told by another AC company to call Trico since I had an older Carrier AC unit... Called during the latter part of the day.. My AC had been out for 7 days...They arrived after hours the same day I called. Paid for after hours support...They were not able to repair my A/C unit.. Did not have the specific parts for my unit.. So, they returned the following day (with parts) to repair it. Technicians were friendly,courteous, and professional. Unit has been running extremely well since. Will do business again......

Great HVAC service. Several years ago, my AC went out when it was over a 100 outside for multiple days. Every HVAC service I called said they'd be there in a couple weeks. Gus said he'd stop by after his scheduled jobs and see if he could get my AC up and running. He got it temporarily running and showed me how to "kick start" the AC if it failed again. A week later he was back installing a new HVAC system. Since then, I've called him a couple times for my parents and minor maintenance at my house. All I have to do is tell him I'm the guy with the Vizslas and he still remembers who I am.
