Jacob performed our annual heating system maintenance and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, put on shoe covers, and immediately went to work. Super friendly and polite. Found no issues with out system but did find a large piece of paper from the air filter I had put in that was caught in the fan. Also informed us of a possible leak in our water heater, which we will get checked out. Really appreciated that heads up! Highly recommend this company!

Tyler did fantastic work, fixed a heating issue. Help set up our digital trane thermostat that was never set up in the first place when we built our house. He found a bad fuel regulator, got it replaced and did the ops check. He was quick and thorough. Great tech!

Jacob did an outstanding job. First, he did a very detailed inspection. He reported to me what he found; he talked like a human, not in tech jargon. While other companies would have come up with a lot of reasons for what was wrong, he found the true problem. I highly recommend Apollo Heating and Air as they do what is right, not just trying to create sales by fixing something that is not wrong. Keep up the great work!

Taylor N came out to help us in one of the coldest days when our furnace decided to be complicated. He was so kind and helpful. He helped walk me through all the options and did it in a way that was so peace giving. I feel so blessed to have found him and have learned about our system and what it needs.

Apollo was quick to visit and easy to schedule. I found the account representatives to be honest and trustworthy. He didn’t try to “sell” us anything beyond our needs or means.

The install team for our replacement team was exceptional. They sent out a full team of four technicians that worked tirelessly into the early evening to get our system up and running. Courteous, thoughtful and hardworking.

Apollo sent one of there technicians, Tristan, to follow up on the install. Their administrative staff is very good with follow up. He did a full work up to make sure the system is working properly. He made a few tweaks and all is working well. Great Lennox system and great staff at install and follow up.

The crew did an excellent job installing a new HVAC and heating system. They explained all the upgrades in detail that was made to the system to balance out the temps throughout the house. Before leaving the job the crew foreman made sure that I had a basic understanding of how everything operated and what to watch for if something wasn't operation correctly. I have used Apollo Htg and AC ever since I bought this house. We have only had one occasion in the past for service failure call and it was all due to scheduling of some being in the house for the service call.
Every time they came for a service call it has been done professionally and not once have they tried to upsell me on product. With this complete install I told them what I was looking for in the system and they took the time to design and go over it in detail and what systems would be perfect for my house. So from first visit for a consult to them walking out the front door being finish with the install I give them 2 thumbs up

Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing to work with. They were able to come out and get our heat up and running right away. Our technician, Taylor, was incredibly professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He was very transparent with the work the needed to be done and pricing. Pricing was also incredibly fair compared to other companies we had gotten quotes from. Highly recommend this company and Taylor!

Yesterday we tried to turn on our furnace for the first time this year and it did not work. We called Apollo and a service representative was here in two hours. After a professional assessment of our 40 year old furnace we asked to speak with sales with the question, Are there ant deals right now? Nick, Apollo Sales arrived, he sat at our kitchen table and showed us four options, discussed their individual specifications and the sale price he would make available for us. We were blown away at the value and the sale price!
Today Joe and Paul were here at 8:30 am, our HVAC system is completely installed and working perfectly. We are so pleased and appreciate the Apollo team, starting with customer service, Nick in sales and the real Pros, installers Joe, Paul and Desmond. They are professionals, great communicators and clean! We have an amazing new system and truly appreciate the urgency Apollo displayed today!

Apollo’s technician, Sam, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection, no maintenance was recommended and the details of the inspection were reviewed. Apollo had always provided professional and prompt service. We were not disappointed again and have scheduled them for another year of service.

Our system was due for maintenance and scheduled for next week, but our furnace stopped heating unexpectedly. Apollo responded quickly and sent Jacob out to take care of us. He was here within about an hour of our initial call. He diagnosed the problem quickly, answered all of our questions and went over all of our options thoroughly. He not only got our seasonal inspection/maintenance accomplished, he got our furnace back up and running, and got us on the schedule to have a full system clean done next day. Our experience with Apollo has been great every time we have had them out for diagnostics or routine maintenance. Highly recommend them!

Got us taken care of same day, which was really helpful as our heating wasn't working and we had a snow storm rolling in that same day. Fixed our problem super quick, had parts available on site, didn't have to wait, and was able to clean out our old nasty system that had been neglected for several years. Also explained every issue very thoroughly andnhow it was going to be repaired. Seriously a huge life saver!!! 11/10!!! (: Would recommend to anyone considering them! The technician arrived on time, did great work, and explained the whole process to me. I have used them several times over the last few years and will continue to do so. Apollo has been great! I have a service agreement with them and they come out twice a year to perform maintenance on my furnace and AC. I would reccommend them!!

Great experience!!! Furnace issues on a Saturday, the person taking my call was great to work with. They scheduled me for Sunday however 2 hours after scheduling I got a phone call that they found a tech that was willing to come from Omaha! He was here an hour later and got the issue fixed. Beyond satisfied, Apollo was wonderful to work with. Thank you!!!!

I have used Apollo for about 2 years now. I found them after some skeptical companies before through our home warranty. Taylor N has been our tech every maintenance call and he's been wonderful everytime. He takes the time to explain everything he does and why something might need replaced. Ive felt the pricing has been very fair and im a fan of their maintenance program where you prepay for both heating and AC maintenance.

Jacob did a great job cleaning and maintaining my furnace, was pleasant and enjoyable to have in our home. He discovered a crack in the exhaust part of my furnace and had to shut it down. He then helped prepare me for what came next in replacing my furnace, of which I had Apollo Heating and Air also take care of for me, I am more than pleased with the install team and my new furnace and air conditioning unit! I recommend them for maintenance and replacement!
