AC decided to stop working and I was in a panic on who I could get to come out and fix it for my daycare business ASAP. Someone suggested Solutions and they were here by 9:00am and had it fixed within an hour! Josh was great! I will certainly use them again if needed! Thanks so much for saving our day!!!

I called Solutions when I realized my furnace was not heating my home with a wind chill of -17 outside! Chris (the owner) called me back & then sent someone over that NIGHT to check things out. It was determined the motor was done. My son brought over some space heaters to get me through the night. Chris called the next morning and said there were no motors for my furnace in Omaha. He said he would bring over additional heaters and over night a motor for the next day. OK HERES WHERE IT GETS NUTS! Chris called me back & said he was on his way to St Joe MO because they had my motor in stock. He drove to St Joe 1 1/2hrs one way in icy cold conditions to pick up my part. Who does that for their customers? I have never met nor done business with Chris prior to this. So in my world he gets an A+++ for customer service.! He deserves your business.

Scheduled our service maintenance and received great service from Solutions Heating and Air. The tech was very professional. I like that they kept in mind this whole COVID situation and emailed my report for me to keep for records.

Called Solutions Heating and Air main phone at 10:30 pm on a Friday after our air stopped working in 90-100 degree days, (Chris answered the phone!). Was there the next day and we were up on running in no time. We recommend Solutions to everyone now, as Chris was very professional, honest and helpful!

The owner, Chris, was able to personally come out to the house within 30 minutes of my call and walk me through the problem with a great explanation. As we strive to be in the Air Force, he was humble, approachable, and knowledgeable. He solved my furnace problem on a cold Saturday by partnering with me in a real dialogue about my possible options.

I Called at 5.15pm, Chris was here by 5.45pm, replaced my capacitor, and was gone by 6.30pm. Fair, honest and great to work with. His card is now permanently posted next to my thermostat. I highly recommend him to everyone. The type of person you want to do business with.

I called in a panic when the AC stopped putting out cold air (after a power bump). Matt answered and explained about a 5 to 10 min delay in the AC unit after losing power (or turning off the AC). He told me to turn on the AC and if it doesn't start cooling to call him back and he will be right over. Well, long story short, he was correct, the AC started cooling. I call back, thank him and said from now on, Solutions will be our goto for all our AC/Heating needs. I need to explain, we have never used Solutions before. These are some really nice people.

I live in another country but it was easy enough to contact them. They had my property cooled down in an emergency sitch in just a few days, appreciate the responsiveness and the new air conditioner works awesome.

They did not drag their feet to get an extra hour out of me and not only solved the issue I hired them for but solved an underlying issue quickly, cleanly and effectively! I don't want to have any further HVAC issues, but if I do, this is where I will go hands down!

Had Solutions Heating and Air install a whole-house humidifier. 2 workers showed up right on time, knocked it out in about an hour, showed us the operation and maintenance basics, and everyone was satisfied. Fantastic company with competitive pricing. Would absolutely hire this company again!

This is the best business I have dealt with in a very long time. They did what they said they would do and gave me great advice. Had to replace the heating unit that went out when it was very cold. They are the best. They have taken care of me for years now and I will not use anyone else.

We called Chris from Solutions when our AC went out. It’s 106 with heat index today. a weekend, and we couldn’t get anyone to come out. Unfortunately we live outside of their service area. He could have just told me that and hung up. Instead he referred me to someone who DOES work in our area and gave me their cell number. We were able to get them to come the same evening and now our AC is up and running! Thank you for caring about customers even when they aren’t yours!

A big thanks to Solutions Heating & Air. We were in need of an emergency repair to the furnace vent in our attic. Amanda scheduled us the same day.
