I did need to get acquainted with the operation of the heat pump and understand the differences between it and the less efficient a/c I was used to. Kudos to Michael for ensuring I understood the technology behind it. Now, I appreciate its efficiency even more.

Sadly needed to get a new HVAC System, Michael Bland conducted the inspection and quote and he was wonderful and responsive to all the questions that I had during the process. The pricing was transparent and if needed financing was a breeze. Two days later a great team of three showed up and completed the installation of a new heat pump. The team was professional, prompt, and completed the install with great attention to detail. They left the house better than when they came in and once arrived I was put completely at ease. The reviews for this company on multiple sites paint this company as one that knows how to get the job done and treat their customers with their respect and kindness. I am happy to just keep adding to that picture. Would highly recommend for annual maintenance or if you have to replace the unit and everything in between.

Hi, we had Cade from Comfort Advisors Heating and A/C come to our home to look at our thermostat and furnace, I would highly recommend him if you have any problems with your heating system. He was very nice, polite and knew what he was doing. On a scale from 0 to 10 I would give Cade a 10.

I called the comfort advisors to give me a quote on a full system replacement. my old system was showing some signs of age. I talked to a few other companies beforehand. The comfort advisors were very easy to talk to and didn't try to upsell, unlike some others. The guys came right on time and replaced both my furnace and ac. We got a new hvac system put in they did a wonderful job. They were very professional. All the workers were very knowledgeable and hard workers. They cleaned up after themselves which is a plus. We also got are vents cleaned out and aeroseal done. We have already seen a difference in air quality. Alec was great with the vent work. The owner was good to work with . I highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Service came when scheduled, was polite, efficient, even wore shoe covers in the house When he found a problem, he explained it with pictures of my furnace and clear explanation. Is willing to work with home warranty and explained all costs. Highly recommend them!

Great experience, Micheal Bland came out to look at my A/C unit, it was low on Freon and had a leak. We discussed the new government regulations when it comes to Freon. No hard sale about replacing the whole thing. We discussed options and I chose to fix it right now. He gave me a great discount and even added a credit in my notes so when I choose to replace the A/C down the road he will take what I paid for service today off of my total bill. How many companies can you say do that these days? Call Comfort Advisors, they will treat you right!! Great company and awesome work ethic.

Michael helped us when we were in a bad spot and our ac went out when it was 90 degrees outside. Worked with us over the weekend to find the best unit for our price range and felt like he was on our side the whole time to get us the best system installed within days of our ac going out. Incredible, can’t beat service by him and his team. Would recommend to anyone out there who is unsure of who to go with. You can trust Michael!

We couldn't be more pleased with the services rendered by Comfort Advisors. After getting a bit of a run-around from our 2-10 warranty and being without heat over the winter for 4 days, these guys came in and saved the day! They were able to help us with the selection and install of a new furnace. Not only that, but they worked tgw schedule to fit our install in the next day so we didnt have to worry about pipes bursting. We felt like they truly cared for our well being and couldnt be more pleased with the professionalism of their staff. We had our vents cleaned and new humidifier installed. I called them after seeing this was the company that had installed our furnace. I was amazed by the speed they got back to me for an estimate. They came out to check our system out and gave us great service and a fair price. I had never heard of these guys prior but we feel we have our HVAC guys.

Great experience from beginning to the end. I had their sister company out to check out my furnace not blowing air. Turns out I had a few pretty major issues including a giant crack in the heat exchange. Michale was out within a few hours to get me a quote. He worked with my budget constraints and found me the perfect unit in my price range. His guys were out the next morning and got the new unit installed. They did a great job and have me up and running again.
I appreciate how quick and efficient the whole process was. Nobody likes to have things break right before the holidays. Michael made the process much less painful. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Heat went out unexpectedly on a very cold day. Called and was helped by Kary, who was very friendly and kind to work with us to get someone out as soon as possible. Cade showed up shortly after confirming with Kary and was very friendly and professional. Cade gave us a very honest assessment of what we needed and once we gave him the OK - promptly got to fixing our furnace. Finished the job very cleanly and quickly.

After calling my home warranty company and finding out they have no one to look at my in-furnace air cleaner (installation, yes; repair, no!?!), I called Comfort Advisors for help. Michael came out the next day and not only cleaned and fixed the air cleaner, he also conducted a very thorough inspection of our furnace because he had concerns about the unit’s age and condition. He even brought in a sensor to ensure there were no carbon monoxide leaks and the furnace was indeed safe to use. This is exactly the kind of service and concern for others that we all hope for. No sales pitch or fear mongering to sell me a new furnace. Because of that, I will call Comfort Advisors when I do need a new one. Highly recommend.

Michael Bland came out for furnace maintenance and he was excellent! While here he noticed a few things that needed some work and he went above in his suggestions. I'm a first time home buyer and he treated me like family, pointing out issues not even all HVAC/furnace related and how they could be prioritized to prevent bigger issue.

Overall, of all the service pros that have come to my house since in bought it a few years ago, Comfort Advisors has been consistently excellent. Every technician is honest, explains what's going on, and makes recommendations that will really improve the comfort of my home without just selling me whatever they can.
