I am VERY HAPPY with Mr. Appliance! Second time I've called and they were again excellent. Carla who answers the phone was very personable and friendly. She answered my questions and followed through promptly with further calls and texts. Brad who repaired my washing machine was professional, quick, absolutely knew what he was doing, explained things and followed up ASAP after ordering a part. Mr. Appliance goes above and beyond and makes sure I am taken care of and happy with the work. Price was very reasonable and they are honest and above board. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I was very pleased with the service that Mr Appliance provided. Brad provided an estimate of the damage to my gas dryer. He corrected the problem and replaced the rollers. It is quiet now and working properly.
Couldn't be happier with our experience. A technician was scheduled promptly, showed up right on time, immediately figured out the problem, replaced the broken part, and loaded all the software updates quickly. He was very knowledgeable, and made the entire process look easy! I would absolutely recommend this company if you have appliance issues!
Brad got right to work on a refrigerator and he found a frozen line and fixed that and the washing machine would cost more to fix than buying a new one for the rental! He came to my house and suggested a good brand that was on sale! He was very helpful and I sure was impressed and appreciated the help!
