Easy going, handled requests without arguing which is unique from a subcontractor these days. They didn't fully comply in request but it does work fine, so no party foul , happy customer anyway.

Service call to repair water heater and a new water line under the bathroom sink. Work completed quickly. Technician was amazing. He caught a faulty factory part that would have caused problems in the future. If I could give them more stars I would. A huge thank you !!!

This company is AMAZING!! They have always worked so hard for us....I called in the morning and they were packed with appointments and still squeezed us in on the same day!! Fast service and very knowledgeable staff! If you need filters or a whole new system these are the ones to call! Even carry humidifier pads for central heating systems. By far the best ones in Fremont and price is reasonable as well. When I need my system worked on they are the only ones I call anymore!

Everly Plumbing and Heating has done all the plumbing and heating work at my house in Fremont since the 1950's when the coal furnace was replaced with an oil furnace which was later replaced with a gas furnace. The work Everly's do is always very well done. In addition, the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Best people to work with. Anytime I’ve needed something at the house they would get there ASAP. when something was scheduled they were always on time if not early. Highly recommend this business to anyone.

I called & were busy but managed to get me in! The plumbing company I usually use could not get us in until next week & another one I be used in past until Friday. Super thankful & Heidi/Becky were a delight. I needed a shut off valve behind my fridge I was getting a new fridge delivered and was not able to get it delivered because of this so reason why I needed to get a plumber. Everly placed one & NFM came out again and made excuse they could not touch the back due to liability purposes. I was so mad and they wanted specific type of valve which they failed to inform me. I called Everly and Becky immediately sent Rod out. Within minutes he came disconnected my line and connected my new fridge for me. NFM guys left w/o moving my old fridge to the garage. They were a nightmare and super thankful for Everly coming out ASAP. I highly recommend them and will only be using them. They were super nice people and caring. Becky even called me after to check up on me.

The service has always been good, haven't had any issues at all. They keep appointment times within 15 minutes, and if there is a problem they usually call to let you know there is a problem.

I had Everly replace my furnace, AC, water heater and water softener when I moved in to my home. They were courteous, kept everything neat, covered all the carpeting with plastic to prevent tracking and damage, and completed all of this in 2 days!
